Drive through line backed up. Lady taking orders couldn’t understood what I ordered. I drove around to the window, she still didn’t get it. I Ordered chicken tenders. Had to pull around & wait in another line for orders received. I Didn’t realize until I was a few miles down the road that I Received a 4 piece chicken dinner. (I was too far to take it back.)
The chicken was cold & dripping in grease!! Not edible!!! Wasted my money!!! Will NEVER GO BACK!!!!!

Absolutely enjoyed ordering lunch from our local KFC today. The service was amazing and the food was hot and fresh. The employees were so friendly especially their manager who was working just as hard as the rest of the staff.

I stopped in after my kids soccer practice and grabbed a family meal using the app. I went thru the drive thru and picked it up from the lady at the window who was extremely nice. I drove around the building and checked my order and there was one thing missing…so I pulled back around and spoke with this same lady. She apologized and said she would have it out shortly. I pulled around and waited. She brought my missing items out and apologized. She had a big smile on her face and was very customer friendly. So I asked her name…she said it was “Nakadea” I told her what a great job they were doing! I understand mistakes happen…but she most definitely made it right. Nakadea is a great employee and I can tell she will go far with this company! Thank you mam!! The chicken was delicious as always!

The service is always quick here and the staff is very friendly. The morning/lunch manager sets a really good (meaning positive) example for the staff. I like how they do the tenders now in original recipe and the “come back” sauce is pretty good.
