Ordered at 8pm through DoorDash food was delivered old, stale, and cold didn’t provide the correct sauces I selected for my order. Fries were like croutons and had some mystery object inside, chicken strips taste like brittle very overcooked and sweet tea looked like urine and of course no one answered the phone. This KFC is an absolute mess. I placed an online order for chicken tenders, and when I arrived, they told me it would be 10 minutes. That was 15 minutes ago, and now they’re saying at least 3 more minutes. No one here seems to care about service or accuracy.
The restaurant is filthy—food safety violations everywhere. Open water bottles sitting on prep tables, employees only wearing one glove while handling food, and cross-contamination happening right in front of me. The bathroom is disgusting—no soap, dirty, just completely unsanitary. Even the expo station had used gloves lying around.
The staff clearly couldn’t care less. When I pointed out I’d already been waiting longer than promised, I got a dismissive “Well, it’s three more minutes.” Another cashier asked if I needed help, then just shrugged and walked off to play on his phone in the office. I’ve been waiting over 20 minutes for CHICKEN TENDERS.
When I asked for a manager, they said she wouldn’t be in until 12:30. Isn’t a certified manager supposed to be on duty in Florida? It seems like there’s no one in charge—just a bunch of team members running the place into the ground.

tried to place an online order. My card got charged twice. The store doesn’t have my order, but what was most frustrating is the cashier was very insistent in adamant at the fact that her and none of the managers had absolutely any knowledge about the app or our order.

KFC in port orange original chicken would make kernel sanders turn over in his grave, it lacks the savory taste and addictive qualities kfc is known for, it is though they made their own recipe up at that store, would not recommend eating there!!!

Got stuck in drive through for 30 mins with cars infront of me and behind me, finally we’re able to make the order, then waited 10 more mins in parking waiting for the corn, had to walk inside to get my food, staff were very rude and careless not even said sorry, told me it s only 2 ppl working even that I saw one in the back and one was in parking lot on phone.
Came home and chicken is very oily and old, nuggets were just breading no chicken, sides were suppose to be large but fries and corn were just half the quality.
Horrible and never go there again and even when I emailed the manager who has his name and email on the window, he never replied

Good experience at the KFC consistently. Some others in the area are not so good but the Port Orange location makes good food and usually is spot on with order accuracy and pretty quick!

We know what to expect from Kentucky Fried Chicken. The Chicken is Always Good. I stopped in for the new Spicy Chicken Sandwich. The sauce is spicy. Not the chicken. Next time I will request extra spicy sauce. Mine only had a small amount in the middle of the bun. Regardless, It was Delicious They might have been short handed when I visited, but it was a bit if a wait. The People working were very nice and doing their BEST. Pull up and every employee is outside. Should have just left then but I didn’t cause I’m dumd and like crappy food. The soggiest chicken I’ve ever gotten. Friess were super old as well. Mash and biscuit were pretty good. BUT NOT THE REASON I WENT.

I came here about over a year ago, looking forward to getting the original recipe meal deal, but when I was at this location, there were issues. The place was severely understaffed, the line was extremely long, no one was taking orders, and workers in the back were coughing on the food. This is the worst experience I have had here in the many years I have came to this location.
