I just buy the lunch around noon for my husband said I got home. This is what he got all chicken. This is so old. It’s no way that anybody can eat this. It’s absolutely gross. Somebody needs to call health department and I am the one that I’m gonna call on this restaurant. Saint Augustine on the same parking with a Marshall. And I’m not a first person that I’m posting same picture so I will definitely call health department because I don’t wanna poison my stomach. This needs to be shut down.

I sense that the people who “work” here (and I use the word work loosely in this case) get some sort of satisfaction on not having the requested items ready and will require a wait. They also don’t even try to maintain a professional atmosphere with the loud ranting and raving happening behind the counter. I guess when you hire anyone whose only qualification is that they have transportation verses actually customer interaction skills, this is what you get.

I was in the drive thru earlier tonight. The lady at the window with the dyed hair is literally always a sweetheart. However, this new manager(?), the tall black lady had started yelling at her!! She was just standing there bad mouthing her in front of me at the window! The girl with the dyed hair had literally just grabbed some change to finish my order from her, and the manager was yelling at her for having an attitude?? But she was so polite to me and even said please, thank you, and ma’am! She was fast and collected and was just trying to get me my money as I had been waiting a long time in line. I wish more people had urgency like her! So, yelling at her for actually caring about my time as an individual is disgusting behavior! She kept going until this poor girl was crying as well!! This new manager needs to be fired immediately! You should never talk to your employees like that!! I hope that girl at the window had a much better day as she deserves it for always being a delight when she serves me!

Ordered 2 #1 combo. Could hardly understand the person. Both had 2 drumsticks. Sorry we waited to eat till we got home. We should have gotten 2 different pieces of chicken. The pictures on the drive up menu shows fries,but it comes with mashed, which I hate. I only ate the biscuit and hubby said the chicken was dry. Tried to call to complain, but it goes to voicemail??? KFC is going downhill

Ordered dinner yesterday. Chicken and macaroni and cheese. Once we got home to eat, as I was eating my macaroni and cheese I noticed I was chewing on something tough…spit it out and find it’s a piece of their plastic packaging. I called the building multiple times and never got a response back. Not even a refund. Disappointing to see KFC not care about their customer experiences.

For the first time in my life, I opened a restaurant website and filled a complaint form just for the green hair person working in this restaurant. She gave the wrong sides, and missing food and rejected to communicate with me and aggressively humiliated at the burger station.
At 12/29/2025, 5 PM, I ordered a 3 pc chicken big box and 2 classical chicken sandwich combos. She made a mistake (she agreed that was her mistake) and did not include 1 of the classical chicken combos to the order. After I noticed that, I ordered it using the kisoks seperately. She gave 3 pc chicken box then disappeared. Then after 5 minutes, a older guy gave me a chicken burger combo that I ordered from kisoks.
However, they never gave me the chicken burger included in the first order. I called talked the old guy and showed him the receipts. He agreed with me and he talked with the green hair person. The green hair person said ”HE CAN STAY THERE ALL NIGHT, I AM NOT GIVING THE BURGER FOR FREE.” Then the older guy got scared and couldn’t say anything. They didn’t even communicate with me and I stayed there standing for 20 minutes.
They can make mistakes, I have no problem with that, but if they reject to communicate with customers how can they solve any problem?
In short, there is an aggressive and clumsy employee that rejects to communicate with customers. If you see an employee with green hair there, I recommend you to stay away from this place. I can see why the old employee guy is scared of that green hair person.

Newly remodeled, KFC, in the Aldi parking lot. Clean and organized everything looked new. DeErica provided excellent customer service even held the door open for me. But the food was cold and kind of greasy. Portions have gotten a lot smaller. I got the three-piece chicken tenders. I put a copy of my receipt in the pictures.

The last time I was here about three months ago now is dirty. I was waiting in the line for about 15 minutes. I went inside is dirty. One employee was walking. one was coming from the bathroom. I don’t know if she watch Hannah or not. then need to get a new new manager. they need to get some more people. It was only two people there that’s why the line was so long I guess I’m gonna wait another three months to see anything changed
