We all know KFC has some good chicken, that’s no surprise, but this KFC has the best customer service I have ever experienced at a KFC before, and I’ve been to many over the years in many states. Today is Saturday Feb. 28th 7:48pm. It’s clearly busy and yet they are attentive and welcoming, great job crew! Keep up the good work.

Don’t eat at Kentucky Fried Chicken to often but I don’t like it when they have one price on menu and another price at cash register. When I asked why they charged me more than menu I was told they didn’t have time to change prices. But register got changed? Wasn’t busy but yet they could stand around talking instead of changing menu prices.

Have ate at this KFC since 1988. Always loved the service and food, however may it be the new chicken establishment in town or not, the chicken tonight looked almost as small as chicks. Spent $40 on one bucket of chicken (16 pieces and biscuits) but would have to say it only amounted to 8 pieces. Wings were the same size as the legs and thighs. Every place has its ups and down so hopefully just a bad night. Would go back because the staff are outstanding and friendly with quick service.

The food I got here was very good. The chicken was cooked to perfection, nice and crispy. The drive thru worker Sarah was very nice and friendly, she made sure I got everything I asked for, she told me all the sauces she had and made sure I got what I wanted, plenty of napkins in the bag, she packed it nicely in the bags nothing was crushed or leaking. I would 10 out of 10 recommend with the service and food I received.

Stopped by to grab lunch. Food was good which is why they got 2 stars. Went to get my drink and the DR Pepper nozzle was missing in the drink machine and sprayed all over me. I cleaned my self up and tried the Pepsi it was actually leaking out to the front of the drink dispenser. When I told the manager that her floor was wet and she had a slip hazard and what caused it she said “idk, I would have to call Pepsi co.” And walked away. This is a fast food establishment so naturally the bar isn’t set very high but I typically expect the manager to apologize at minimum if a customer has been inconvenienced. I requested a reprint of my receipt because it got wet almost 20 minutes ago. I’m still waiting. maybe this staff shouldn’t do it “the hard way” doesn’t seem they can handle it.

Spent $45 for 16 pc bucket and not a biscuit in sight I had to ask twice for plates they weren’t packed. Now I’m way out in the Forrest. Check for everything before you pull away. They do not pick up the phone there either.

I drove up and was waited on pretty fast I began to say what I wanted but was constantly interrupted before I could tell exactly what I wanted but with that being said everything else went smoothly and food was good.
