Never again! I don’t know what the problem was with this restaurant, but I will not go back. Everyone was waiting 20 to 30 minutes for their food. They were constantly out of something. They were making small batches of French fries, but kept saying they were waiting on fries. The same with nuggets. The drive thru line was around the building. You couldn’t get in to a parking space. I parked over by the drug store. My order was small compared to others and I didn’t need fries or nuggets, but still had to wait for everyone else’s orders to be completed. That was ridiculous!

Honestly just turn your car right back around bc the customer service and food ethics was not worth it the employees are constantly rushing the food is rushed and they got my order wrong many occasions the staff is very sloppy and alot of people in the lobby love to argue with the staff its a lot of drama just for having 1 KFC in the area js go to another chicken place bc this place can’t cook there chicken will have an awful taste almost burnt or used up grease, I would not consider coming here!

The food is okay but they are absolutely abysmal with customer service. All their managers do is shrug when asked why they take so long even when there are very few people in the lobby. We like their food but their managers need to give the employees support and a lession in customer service.

Waited 35 minutes for our food, given no explanation for the delay so we expected the food to be fresh. It wasn’t the wedges and the chicken tasted old. Very disappointed spent $26 for 2 meals.

I ordered drive thru the lady taking the order was great but when I got home I was eating my biscuit and I found a hair hanging out I called the store and the lady informed me that she needed to know what kind of hair and bring it in before I could even get a refund or whatever the heck I want I said ladies you’re kidding me right I said let me talk to the manager and she hung up on me since she didn’t have time to discuss it that they were closing due to the weather last time I remember they had heat and air inside of the stores seems to me like she’s more worried about getting home seems to me the lady doesn’t care if I’m a happy customer but that alright Ill tell everybody to be on the look out for hair in the food plus no napkin either

Intentionally stacked three fries upside down in the bag. Took around 18 minutes to get the food you think they could have took an extra second to make sure the fries were right side up.

Pulled up to the drive thru only to have the employees arguing about a previous order. Had to walk inside to get my own straws. Only for me to realize I had no utensils AFTER leaving. Had to say what sauce for my chicken TWICE and still didn’t receive any sauces at all. Good food, poor service

It’s not just your classic bucket of chicken anymore. KFC has and is still improving its menu. And variety. I had their Georgia Gold Sandwich meal this time and it was different but tasty. This store has seen a major remodeling and it looks really inviting and spacy.
