People dont pay the right respects to these folks up here at PMT! KFC! Lemme tell you the food is great! Atmosphere is.. well there’s hardwork in the air cuz it sure smells great. Walked through the door and was greeted immediately from the counter. Great music as well! I know that the orders keep coming as well because they have online ordering and a tourist town that they need to cater not to mention the folks that live in good old pine mountain GA! They all deserve raises for sure.

I ordered food for pick up at 6:37. I came at 7PM and my order was not ready they said it will be 20 minutes because my nuggets were not dropped after waiting 15 minutes my order was presented. With more than half of it missing. The manager, I think that was who he was, was very rude yelling at me if this was my order. I did not have my glasses in and it took a minute to go through systematically and show everything that was missing. I was treated very rudely and with contempt for just asking for the food that I’ve already paid for. Do not waste your time or money because this place is horrific.

Sent my kids to get a 16 piece meal after a very long 12 hour shift. The manager was very rude to them!!! They got greeted and served with the worse attitude and disrespect. Because she ordered her chicken. I didn’t know until they got back. As my kids was waiting she rolled her eyes and told them I know you are watching me. I’m getting your food!!! My daughter APOLOGIZED to HER for being an inconvenience and manager stuffed at her, turned her face and rolled her eyes. Had i known I’d have demanded a full refund, gave the food back and walked off. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!! I messaged corporate but haven’t heard anything. I’ll keep trying until something is done. This behavior is entirely unacceptable.

The staff was very rude,my order wasn’t correct, they dropped some of the food on to the dirty stainless table and picked it up and put it in the box, left stuff out of my bag , and said nothing the whole time,just looked at me as if I was an inconvenience. Food was terrible obviously. Nasty the place needs to be shut down if they can’t get better staff than that.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any chain restaurant. The ladies at the counter acted like I was the biggest inconvenience, although I was the only one at the restaurant. My order was wrong and I hesitated to go back in because of how terrible they were the first time.
Reluctantly I went back and at this point five people were in front of me waiting, the tension and awkwardness of the situation in how terrible these women were was unbearable. This restaurant either needs to be shut down or they need to fire the front of house and start over. The gentleman working in the kitchen was hard at work and had no issues with him at all.
This was the worst guest experience. A gentleman in front of me mentioned that he knew the owner and he would call him as soon as he got in the car. He was irate mentioning that he knew the owner would just be sitting behind the tv not worried about any of it. Simply sad.
