Never get my order right. If I order a 4 piece I get a 3 piece. If I order a 3 piece I get 2. Never get forks. Never get straws. No napkins. Rude service. Talks to other people while I am ordering and asks me to repeat multiple times. Terrible kfc location.

Absolutely the WORST. I door dashed a famous bowl and they forgot my utensils . When I explained to them I work far out and I can’t leave they had the nerve to ask if my dasher can come back and get it even though she already left .

I wanted a chicken pot pie but they said it would be about a 30 minute wait so I ordered a chicken sandwich meal with fries and a sweet tea The sandwich was old and dry the fries was cold and hard and the tea looked like apple juice and tasted like wine. I’m so done with KFC‼️‼️

3/17/23 Updating my review from a 2 to a 5-Star all because of Ms. Lashonda. She gives excellent customer service, and is very nice. I’ll continue to come inside just to be waited on by her. I visited KFC on November 5, 2021. The person who spoke to us through the drive thru order board sounded uncheerful, and unwelcoming. We had to keep repeating the order. They were out of the pot pies, so we order something else. The fries looked like they had been cooked earlier and reheated for our orders. The chicken sandwiches were delicious. The fries despite their appearance, tasted good. I give the food 4 stars.

Update on November 27th, I visited KFC for dinner. The drive thru person was pleasant. I ordered a chicken pot pie with another order. The pie was golden, crispy and delicious. I give KFC a 5 on this trip.

May 19, 2023, we stopped by KFC for supper using the drive thru option. There were 2 vehicles in front of us. It’s about 5:45. After about 10 minutes we realized the line wasn’t moving; finally close to 6:00 we were at the order board. At 6:10 p.m., we finally received our two orders for the 2-piece combo. There was no apologies for the wait time or a thank you for waiting; nothing, not even a smile!! The car in front of us was asked to pull down; with the driver looking frustrated or tired. **There was a 25 minute wait period for us with no exclamation why. We left the other vehicle who had pulled down still waiting. Although KFC is probably my favorite place, I guess I’ll try Chick-fil-A some. ***I think IF there’s a problem, it would have been polite to say something about the wait period when orders are placed. It would give a person a choice to continue ordering and wait if time allows, or choose to leave if they’re on lunch break with limited time. Above all at least smile and say thank you for waiting.
