I’m giving this KFC a 5* rating across the board because everything was exceptional! You’re greeted at the drive thru menu, the ease of placing your order was as smooth as a baby’s face, the employee that takes your payment and hands out your food is very polite, and the food is both hot and correct. Today, I ordered the half chizza combo- and I LOVE it!!! I will be ordering from this KFC again!

Very disgusting. The management of this location needs to be reevaluated. The customer service skills is of a kindergarten student. I waited several minutes to be ask I wanted after watching the employees chat amongst each other as if they was at a kickback relax. They are rude with a attitude as if I had to buy or they don’t have to sell me anything. I’m sure the owner of this establishment wouldn’t be happy to know this is how business is being conducted. There is no reason why you would allow your cook to go on break and not have any fresh chicken up I was told it would be 40 min plus and that the cook was on break i don’t thinks so …..Management should be aware of what is going on in the business and shift……don’t allow anyone to go to break when it’s obvious that they are setting you up for failure and the loss off sales. fix the issues and don’t make it seems like its the customer fault when an incompetent manager is dropping the ball.

Ordered drive thru 4 pc. Tender dunk it bucket. Placed the order at 12:25 pm, was told to go to spot #1. 20 mins later I was asked what I had ordered, handed them the receipt and it still took 12 more mins to receive my order. Probably won’t order there again for lunch hour.
