Order thru app, paid for it for pickup, arrived at drive thru,the attendant refused to hand me the order, stated I had to park and come inside to get my order which was setting on to go station. I normally don’t complain but this is sad. Ordered an 8pc Family meal with double mashed potatoes and wasn’t happy with the 32 dollar total but I was okay. Then every car had to pull up and wait on there chicken. At this point I figure okay at least it will be fresh and hot. Nope the chicken taste like 2 day old reheated chicken and the potatoes were cold. Then on top of all that instead of putting my condiments on the side you put them all inside the bucket of chicken .

Why did I give them the benefit of doubt? Why would I think they would be able to fulfill ONE fast food meal without someone going behind them to check??? This is my 4 piece chicken tenders meal, with mashed potatoes and a Pepsi. What they got right: chicken and Pepsi. Not even a biscuit. Isn’t that in pretty much every meal? How hard can it be?

Extremely bad experience. They did not take my order right. I wanted 2 original breasts and 1 crispy chicken, and they told me I’ll get what I have requested. But, they gave me 2 thighs and 1 leg. Then refused to change it. Then gave me a broken wing like chicken and a breast. I politely asked them to take back the food and hand me the receipt. Then the manager came and she THREW that wing-like chicken piece in the trash which KFC staff wanted to feed me. She then gave me 2 breast pieces eventually. It was all so humiliating, especially when they tried to offer me a piece of chicken unfit for consumption.

It’s KFC why mess it up. They’re not dropping chicken after 9:30. If you come anytime after everyone in there mad. To make a long story short. You tell them the meal you want. They’re reply No sides no chicken. Tell em I don’t mind waiting because I worked a twelve hour shift I knew I wasn’t cooking tonight. Little baby come to the speaker it’ll be 40 minutes. I knew she was lying so I told her that’s fine. She came back the chicken frozen. I asked is all the chicken frozen. Seconds later she preceded to take my order drinks and all. She comes back we’re out of tea also.Fine. So I get a lemonade and a sprite. Food was ready in about 25 min drinks sides were wrong but hey I’ll take it drinks were wrong but that was an easy fix. If you choose to come to this location know what you getting when it comes to service.

I just went by to get some chicken and found out they do not take anything over $50. I even offered to come inside to pay, like most places, don’t take large amounts at the wind6but will allow if you come inside and was told no. Therefore I left and will not be back. They stated it is on the board. Advise to you: stick it on tye windows in the front and in the drive through. This way, we all SEE IT!!!!!
