Unfortunately, this location has consistently been a disappointing experience. The staff often seem disengaged and visibly irritated, whether you order inside or through the drive-thru. Eye rolling, short responses, and an overall unfriendly tone have become the norm.

What makes this especially frustrating is the repeated inaccuracy with customized orders. When you’ve paid for specific modifications or extra items and they’re ignored or missing, it’s not just an inconvenience — it matters.

As someone ordering for an autistic individual, predictability and accuracy are extremely important. Waiting in a long line, navigating an already overwhelming environment, dealing with rude interactions, and then getting home only to realize the food is wrong — and now can’t even be eaten — is more than frustrating. It can completely derail a meal and the rest of the day.

Additionally, for people with food sensitivities or allergies, ignoring requested modifications isn’t just disappointing — it can be a safety concern.

This isn’t a one-time mistake; it’s a pattern. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve both customer service and order accuracy. Everyone deserves to feel respected and confident that their order will be prepared correctly.

Ordered a 6 piece ‘ taste of kfc’ meal. Upon arrival home,opened box had 4 pieces of chicken instead of six and what I received must have came off of a bitty it was so tiny. Whole so called meal was disgusting what little of it they was. Enjoy that 20 bucks kfc because you won’t get another dime from me.Maybe hire employees that can count also although it’s not surprising.

It’s KFC. It’s to be expected. It’s okay chicken. My biggest complaint is the wait time. Twice the manager came up to the cashier and told him stop taking people’s order. Manager needs some organizational skills and team exercise skills. If your team works good together, you don’t have to stop taking orders. You just keep pumping them out. I’ll give it to them fellas in there. They were really busting their chops but it’s all about having an experienced leader to lead the team and she was not having.

I love the new designs of the local KFC, a much needed improvement. We asked for 2 Chicken Littles (or whatever they call them). Instead we got 2 regular chicken sandwiches ‍♀️ My husband & I even discussed it with the cashier ‍♀️. However, the sandwiches were very tasty, well seasoned and neatly put together. The cashier was very nice & friendly though.

I’ve been in customer service long enough know that the customer service that I received was marginal at best. The poor server bless her heart she tried to figure out what my order consisted of (#3 4 piece half original half extra crispy, two order of fries and drink) but her supervisor at best I can tell he was annoyed by my order but I can’t tell if he took it out on her or not otherwise the customer service was amazing and half can be better.
