Worst KFC we’ve ever been in. Stopped on our way home to NC for supper. Mensroom locked, ladies room does not Lock. FAMOUS BOWL IS awful. I get this All the time, for years , from New England to Florida. Watery, hardly any gravy, bowl only half full, 3 pieces of chicken. Very disappointing

We picked up food on Christmas Eve. We had to wait 20 minutes while they cooked a fresh batch of chicken. They did ask if we wanted to wait & we agreed & they said to park up front & they would bring the food to our car. After the 20 minutes we noticed people from other cars that had pulled up at the same time as us were going inside so we did too. Husband asked at the counter if our food was ready yet which is when the service went downhill. We understood it was a busy holiday night (most other restaurants in the area had already closed) but counter person snapped that we were told it would not be ready for 20 minutes & when food was ready a couple minutes later it was sort of shoved at hubby like “here”. The person at the drive thru was friendly and we were willing to wait knowing how long it would be so it was just a little disappointing this person seemed to be taking their stress out on us. I hope the rest of their holiday was more relaxed & joyful. Food was delicious.

Where do I begin!!! Placed my order online and the order was suppose to be ready for pick up when my husband arrived at restaurant. When he got there he had to wait 15 minutes because they said they didn’t know they had a online order. He got home with the food and this is what we were served. So disappointed because I was really looking forward to enjoying this dinner. The only thing that was decent about this meal was the sides and the soda. Definitely will be reaching out to corporate about this and I hate to be that person but this was sooo unacceptable!! But after seeing the reviews before mine I wish I would have seen them before ordering!!!

Walked in 25 min b4 opening and Larry opened the door and said they were closed but still let me in because it was cold outside. This KFC is by far the Cleanest KFC I’ve ever been too. Staff are really cool but Larry is an Amazing person, this guy has passion for his job and it shows. Thank you Larry for being an amazing human being.

I bordered a 2pc combo meal. The cashier/clerk did not ask if I would like original or crispy. When I drive up to the window, remind the young lady she replies, “You can have a breast it’s a dollar more in a crispy. I said no, thank you. She gave me a box. When I opened the chicken box when I got home, the young lady gave me 2 drumsticks. I was upset about this. I am supposed to receive 1 drumstick and 1 thigh. I am not going back to KFC in Richmond Hill. The young lady messed up my order.

The food was good, but for the love of all things holy you’re a chicken, FRIED chicken restaurant, WE NEED NAPKINS AND SELIVERWARE. I just worked 13 hours, I’m in town for work, stop and get my first meal all day and get to the room and not a SINGLE napkin or eating utensil.

ALL I CAN SAY IS MMMMMMMMMMMMMMM GOOD!!! IF I COULD GIVE LARRY 10 OUT OF 10 I WOULD. THIS IS THE BEST KFC CHICKEN, BUSCUITS, AND GREEN BEANS I HAVE EVER HAD. I AM EVEN HAPPY TO FIND A KFC THAT SERVES GREEN BEENS!!! THE BREAST WAS FRESH AND JUICY; NOT DRY!!! SHOUT OUT TO THE RESPECTABLE SOCIABLE, YOUNG LADY AT DRIVE THROUGH. On my first visit to this location, I arrived about 20 minutes before they were scheduled to close. Attempted to order through the drive-thru and was told they had no more chicken prepared.

On my second visit, I ordered a meal through the drive-thru. The service was fast, but the quality of the food was terrible and the young ladies at the drive-thru window appeared annoyed. The chicken was greasy, the biscuit was dry and hard, my sides were half full and my soda tasted like carbonated water. Terrible meal all around. They did not give me any napkins, utensils or a straw. I remained at the window to ask for a straw and before I could ask, one of the young ladies asked me to pull away from the window to check my bag. There was no one behind me, but there were 2 cars sitting in front of me that were waiting for their orders (overheard the young ladies taking about them). Overall, I would not recommend this location. It would more than likely be a waste of money.
