Get there at the time they open 1 car in the drive through waiting I never hear anything on the call box so they leave so I pull up say hello and get nothing so I pull off a d park go to the door both are locked and im not the only person waiting at this point so go back to the drive through and still nothing so I call the phone number to the store they say the dox is down come inside so I do and as soon as I do I see them helping someone in the drive through window. At this point it’s 1045 so I place my order and want i only get a 30 minute lunch and they have already wasted 15 minutes of it with this BS

This the best KFC I entered. The quality of food is amazing and top of the line, fresh, hot and delicious. The service from the staff is like no other at any place I have visited before either at the big restaurant. I congrats Shannon and everyone there for the excellent service and clean restaurant, for take the time to ask your preferences and provide the best experience possible. Also I admire the hospitality and the clients visiting the restaurant which all of them pray to thank for the food. It’s amazing I never see that at any other place. I’m glad we visited this special and awesomely place.

The service was not great. I asked the cashier for mixed and was told she didn’t know if they had enough of one kind. However, she didn’t check. So, I asked again and she repeated. Why should I expect more from someone that works there?

Ordered online. Pulled up 15 minutes after order was placed. Greeted upon entry with a smile. Food was ready, accurate and delicious!

Literally watched the thief of a cashier pocket my cash and then charge my card for the full amount on a split order, after which she then attempted to lie about the total when confronted. After being approached a second time they begrudgingly handed back 20 of my 25 dollars. Filed a complaint for theft with corporate and will not be back.
