The food was horrible. I ordered honey barbecue chicken wings, and the barbecue tasted so greasy and the chicken taste unclean I literally ate one piece and threw the wholeMeal away. The lady at the drive-through with the blonde weave, took my money for sauce and didnt put not one sauce in the bag very unprofessional and if I can give it no stars I would, but unfortunately, I had to put a star. I also ordered my daughter, a famous mashed potato bowl and it was just OK and the chicken inside of it was very greedy! Don’t spend your hard-working money at this KFC just my advice!!!!

Absolutely incompetent management, they refuse to do their job and prepare drinks for DoorDash orders, saying” it’s not my job you don’t tell me what my job is” when it’s clearly their job.
I’ve done over 1700 deliveries in multiple states and never encountered staff so blatantly incompetent.
Doesn’t prepare the food when their job is to prepare food.not to mention they are the absolute slowest store in all of perry.
Imagine working at a store that makes food and telling a doordasher it’s not your job to make the drinks for the order…. Their reason is because people complain about watered down drinks yet the orders never ready when you get there anyway and they can make the drink on demand like every other store no other store has that problem because they make the drink when the dasher marks arrived at store and they had the opportunity to make the drink they just didn’t want to.

This place needs some better people. Asked for the 3 piece “Fill up”. The sign in the window says $7.00 Fill Up. The lady ( rude lady) says it’s 18 bucks and change. Pull up to the window and ask why so much. She blames me! Says I have to tell her what it is. That’s it. She then proceeds to ignore me. Will not be going back to this location. UPDATE. Wrote the review while we were waiting the 10 mins it took for the 3 mins to cook the tenders. The wife got mashed potatoes when she wanted fries. Also, no sauce even after being asked which one we wanted.

We ordered 2 16 piece family meals AND 3 extra large sides.
They didnt have have buffalo ranch asked for a couple extra wouldn’t give us them and customer service was awful, we will take our business else where. We feed 10 men a day so they lost our business.

Great visit! Best KFC Ive had in a long long time. The staff was very friendly and fast. Ive seldom had service so good! They were on top of the dining room and the food was fresh and good. If i didnt live so far I would come here all the time!

I ordered a side of gravy to take home. They gave me about 2 teaspoons for $3.19. I asked for more gravy or a refund. They would not do either. The RUDE so called manager said no refund because I ordered and paid through the KFC App. I never will ever eat at this location ever again.

Really enjoyed my local KFC, food was great. Ordered 12 pc meal, 2 large sides of coleslaw and mash potatoes and gravy with 6 biscuits, little expensive, around 35$. Had to wait around 30 minutes for it but customer service was very friendly and helpful, the only thing that really bothered me is I tried to eat there 3 nights in a row, Google maps said they were opened but they wasn’t and it was only like 8:30. Finally went on the 3rd night around 7:30 and they were opened but only had regular chicken, when I love their crispy chicken, then had to wait 30 minutes, the food was great but they definitely need work on their time and availability.

Not a bad place to eat, the staff was nice and the food was hot. My family and I were passing through on our way from Florida and it was a KFC bowl that we were craving. The most memorable thing about this place will be the sign in the bathroom.
