Not a bad place to eat, the staff was nice and the food was hot. My family and I were passing through on our way from Florida and it was a KFC bowl that we were craving. The most memorable thing about this place will be the sign in the bathroom.

Really enjoyed my local KFC, food was great. Ordered 12 pc meal, 2 large sides of coleslaw and mash potatoes and gravy with 6 biscuits, little expensive, around 35$. Had to wait around 30 minutes for it but customer service was very friendly and helpful, the only thing that really bothered me is I tried to eat there 3 nights in a row, Google maps said they were opened but they wasn’t and it was only like 8:30. Finally went on the 3rd night around 7:30 and they were opened but only had regular chicken, when I love their crispy chicken, then had to wait 30 minutes, the food was great but they definitely need work on their time and availability.

I wish I could give zero stars. I’ve experience bad service before, but I have never experienced what appears to be having an order treated angrily. I ordered a 16 pc meal with 4 sides. The coleslaw had a very large crack in the bottom which allowed all of the liquid to stain the carpet in my car. None of the sides’ covers were closed. The gravy was open and upside down. Now there is gravy everywhere. I am calling your manager to get the owner’s name and number. They owe me for food lost and cleaning my seats and front carpet.

When this place reopened after renovation, it got worse. Went around 5pm on 03/05. I ordered a chicken pot pie and was told immediately that they had to check if they had any. Correct me if I’m wrong, but shouldn’t a restaurant be ready for the dinner rush? I could hear the ghetto drive thru person talking with the kitchen over the speaker. I then also ordered a combo meal with mashed potatoes and fries. I got mashed potatoes and coleslaw and no biscuit. No straw for my drink and only one utensil. I didn’t think I was possible to mess up such a simple order. Time for management to stop hiring family members and hire folks with customer service experience. Your food is too expensive to not receive all food items.

My husband and I were visiting from out of town. We usually visit Perry a few times a year. We were told that they were cooking more chicken. It would be about 35 minutes. It was over an hour by the time we ordered until we received our order. Chicken was fresh and delicious, but my fries had been microwaved. My husband’s box had fries(3)that were accidentally dropped in his tender box along with a stray green bean? We will not visit this establishment again. Very poor service. Also the rest rooms were appaulling. They was feces smeared on the wall. Tables were dirty. Not a good way to run a business.
