Placed an order for door dash at 8:30 but the store doesn’t close until 9:30. The store canceled it for some reason. Called the restaurant heard them complaining about the order. Their excuse was that they canceled it because they didn’t feel like someone was gonna pick it up… Like how yall gonna assume no ones gonna pick it up if YALL going to cancel the order. If you don’t wanna work. DONT WORK! UPDATE: They canceled our order again after calling them and them telling us we can re-order. Y’all claim to want respect but you can’t expect respect to be reciprocated if you don’t give it out. Fatigue is real.

Ordered through DoorDash. No napkins, no sauces, no straws but a receipt that says it was double checked. The person who answered when I called, and they are literally in the parking lot ; couldn’t care less. Horrible service and the food is sub par. Do not order from here!

Grade A… ❤️ there is nothing like the south, great Southern hospitality. I visited this location on August 20 at 6 PM-ish. I can barely walk through the door before a staff member asked someone from the back to assist me. And the staff on the register and drive-through are so attentive and helpful.

On yesterday , I was doordashing and decided to ordered the leg and thigh special and the thigh was not cooked properly,you could see the blood in the chicken. Yes I was driving and eating bloody chicken until I spotted it. Daniel the manager put the blame on an young employees but they need to do better because I could have actually got sick. But out of all the explaining the manager did he did not once apologize for their bloody chicken. Please check your chicken before eating ☹️

I ordered a three piece hickory mountain bbq tender and a five-piece Nashville hot tender. Should have taken it back and gotten a refund. The drive thru line was extremely long, after placing my order I had to pull in and sit and wait till they brought it out.
