I spent over 11 bucks for a three-piece chicken dinner. They didn’t give me any white meat so I got two thighs and a drumstick. These have got to be the tiniest thighs I’ve ever seen. The drumstick look just terrible. Also I suspect the meat had been sitting underneath the heat lamp way too long because it was just nasty. I should have looked at the food before I drove home. Worst chicken meal I’ve ever had it and I will never ever return to Kentucky fried Chicken again. Outrageous prices for so little food. And bad food at that.

I came here at 10:05am and they had NO chicken ready!
They claimed 15min for regular & 20min for extra crispy.
Here it’s 10:38 and I’m still waiting on extra crispy which was told to me at 10:30am it would be another 10mins. So 35min on extra crispy which was supposed to be up and ready to go at 10am not up until after 10:40am.
I do not appreciate being told incorrect wait times then their excuse is “he was waiting for the fryer to fill up”. So what time did yall get here? Why wasn’t the fryer already filled with chicken cooking BEFORE 10am?

Terrible experience I wish I can give zero stars to this place after today immediately after paying they told me to pull up which was fine but then it took almost 20 minutes for my food to show up . Two people came to bring my food I asked for had if they gad a cupholder. The black girl had a nasty attitude telling me no she said take it which is disrespectful. I got home. My chicken was not completely coolked! I called up there to complain and whoever answered the phone hung up on me I spent $30 on some inedible food That probably is gonna give my kids food poison if your staff doesn’t want to work then fire them

I am an Uber eats driver and was ignored until I pitched a fit! It was more than a 30 mi ute wait while cars were flying thru the drive thru and inside customers came and went. Their service sucks BAD.

The chicken is okay, aside from the fact that I ordered extra crispy, and got regular.
The mashed potatoes and gravy were edible too. Gravy is a little bit on the thin side.
Big problem is is the lobbyist not open. It’s very disrespectful to force your customers to go through the drive-thru.

I won’t be visiting this location anymore. The service is awful. I went through the drive thru after hearing the previous customer order I asked the person on the speaker “How long did you say the wait is for white meat”..he says 25 minutes..So then I said well in that case I would like to order a Number 4..which was the 4 piece chicken tender meal….what I got was a 3 piece meal and the chicken strip were so small it was ridiculous..This can’t be an 8 dollar meal. The young lady who gave me my order just says “here you go” and basically shoves the box in my hand. Overall my experience SUCKED. Won’t be going back .

I came for a small mashed potatoes! Food was Hot & quick service! Please tell customers their total at the speaker box as it is available to you. It is very unprofessional and uncomfortable to be told drive around for your total just for the cashier wait impatiently on you to gather the total once received.
