I think this photo will say all that needs to be said.
I will add that the employees were friendly and the food came fast. I am too unimpressed with the portion though to give it more than the 1/5.
Also, it looks like they used to have the buffet and took it away which is an ultimate KFC sin in my book.

We stopped in my husband was holding the door open for me and some big smart mouth employe in the back told him to shut the door that he was letting flies in my husband wouldn’t even eat because the guy was still running his mouth my husband has a temper so he had to leave they were other customers in there and he was pretty upset! Won’t be back ever we came and ate at bojangles instead so much friendliness in here!

Ms E is the best. I stopped by on the 26th to get a la cart tenders. 12 piece
Got home they were cold, hard and not edible. Went back the next evening and told Ms. E. She made me fresh tenders and was so nice about the entire situation. She made my $28 a la cart tenders over and was as nice as can be. Thank you Ms. E for making it right. I’ll definitely be going back to see Ms. E.

We went last night and ordered chicken sandwich’s and fries. They were hot and delicious. So good we decided to do Taco Bell tonight! It was just as good! The food was hot, the order was right and it didn’t take but about 3 minutes to get our rather large order! Whoever was working tonight and last night, great job!! Keep it up!

Yes, the place has issues but the manager takes care of you immediately. I just wish employees who bag your food (generally, the same individual who takes your order) remember what was discussed at the register. I have ordered white meat and received dark meat twice now. But, like I said, the service is great and the manager takes care of the issue right away.
The other thing I’d like to mention is the trash bins; they seem to be over-flowing with trash and the employees would just walk by them and do nothing about it. The bathroom, however, always seems to have soap and paper towels which is appreciated.
