This location is amazing they are very patient and attentive. Rita was helpful in helping us order the cooks were very attentive and speedy with our big order that all came out hot, and brought it out with a smile. The tall gentleman even came out and double checked if everything was okay and if we needed anything else. Rita and the team greeted us when we came in and when we left. I ordered the following at the drive thru, Honey BBQ 3 piece combo, 1 breast 2 wings.What I got was NO BBQ, 2 Breast and 1 wing and the bottom of the box falling open. I don’t know what’s horribly WRONG with take out in Hall County but you literally can’t BUY an accurate order.

A week ago, I ordered a chicken finger meal. Once I got to my destination and opened up my boxed meal, I found a piece of shaved metal in my meal! Aside from being a nasty unclean piece of metal, I can’t imagine the damage that would have done to my body if swallowed. It was right on top of the biscuit, so I don’t know how no one noticed it there unless they put it there intentionally. This is completely unacceptable! I will be notifying the corporate office.

I went here to get some 12 piece chicken tenders to go for a picnic I was having with a friend this previous Sunday. I was surprised that they managed to get my order out within 10 minutes after I had paid. The service upfront was good. The tenders came out looking and tasting good. There was no dryness and a perfect breading to meat ratio. Overall, good tenders in a good atmosphere.

Not often do I ever leave a bad review so for me to do so is really saying something. My order was missing an item, one of my items was wrong, and my bucket of chicken was GREASY. It was soggy, floating in grease and missing a large amount of coating. The customer service was a disgrace , my father stood there for a long period of time being ignored but still acknowledging his presence to each other in a rude manner. Other customers around were receiving messed up orders, and when I called to bring this all to the managers attention , instead of being apologetic and making it right, she argued with me the whole time and basically tried to gaslight me. Thankfully kfc online helped me out but this store is being run horribly.

I keep trying to give Kentucky a chance because I like the mash potatoes and gravy but I’ve gave up on the chicken a long time ago, it’s just too small. Now they skimping on my gravy. How am I going to eat a large mash potatoes with a tiny bit of gravy. They didn’t even fill the container up. I had enough for two people and not four like it should be.

I wouldn’t even give them a one star but I had too just to leave a review. I ordered from door dash and it’s as if they literally gave me the worst of everything left they had. Old corn cold chicken. Small almost burnt biscuit. Cold mashed potato’s. I love KFC and it wasn’t that far from home so this was ridiculous. Don’t DoorDash. Make sure you’re getting what you paid for.

For months, I’ve wanted to try the new crispy spicy chicken. It looks so good in the pictures. Every time I went to the KFC in my town, they never had it. So I decided to try it here in oakwood. First, the floor in this location was so wet that I almost slit up and busted my hiney twice. I was not the only person in the store who had this problem. The lady behind the counter was very friendly. The service was fast. There was nothing crispy about this crispy, spicy chicken sandwich. And, as you can see in the picture that is the amount of bread that I tore off the sandwich before I started eating it. It’s decently spicy. I’ll give it that. But the breading on the chicken was not crispy at all. In fact, it was kind of doughy. I usually stay away from the fast food places. I guess that will continue.
