Came here Friday they out of pot pie.. came back thru Saturday & called before arriving to see if pot pie in stock:: lady said she couldn’t hear me & they busy.. this what I saw when arrived.. no customer & she on the phone talking.. that’s why the line was busy after calling back 10 times

Finally a Taco Bell with fast friendly service. Employee taking order was very nice. Food was ready before I finished filling my drink. Dining area was spotless and Atmosphere was filled with Christmas music. Very relaxing while dining in. Thank you for setting the bar high. Maybe more franchises should take your lead.

We purchased the 8 Piece meal in Metter, GA and paid $32.00. We received 4 legs, 1wing and 3 thighs. NO BREATS AT ALL. It should have had 2 breasts. We will not be going back to that KFC EVER AGAIN! We called and talked to the manager and she brushed it off.

Waited at the speaker for plenty of time to respond to there customer. Thought possibly my vehicle didn’t trigger there speaker while swinging wide with a trailer.. Drove to the window and apologized for driving up to the windows but I thought maybe the sensor didn’t pick up my vehicle and the lady advised for me to drive back around because she can’t take my order from the window.

I just left this location and I will be contacting corporate and the GM about the terrible customer service I experienced all because I asked for a substitution due to a food allergy. I simply asked for fries in place of mashed potatoes [for a spicy chicken bowl] since they use milk to make them and at first the cashier seemed unsure and said she didn’t think she could. So I asked for the supervisor. Supervisor came over and stated that she couldn’t make any substitutions and I’d have to order the items individually. (AND WAS NOT NICE ABOUT HOW SHE SAID IT HENCE THE NECK BOB AND ROLLING EYES). So I ordered a la carte. And when I simply asked for the spicy sauce that goes on the chicken bowls she said I’d have to purchase it. Sauce!!!!! That goes on the chicken bowl which I originally wanted to order in the first place. So I gave the cashier the $0.30 they charged me and just left without it. Money clearly wasn’t the issue here but I mean come on now. Petty on so many levels!! This was an easy fix to begin with and instead they had me hold up the line because they failed to be accommodating to a customer with a food allergy. I will NOT let this rest. GOOD customer service is a thing of the past.

Trust all the reviews-wish I had. This was by far the worst fast food restaurant I have EVER BEEN TO. We got there 25 minutes prior to closing. They wouldn’t make any tea and they were out of both. They didn’t have extra crispy strips which I have to eat due to dairy allergy and wouldn’t make any so I got 2 extra crispy breast (luckily I checked my order-they only gave me one) then they came out and said can you take any other side besides fries? I told them no because my husband is driving and corn or beans are to hard to eat. Then I heard her laughing in the back and saying fries it is then. They were so old they were cold and only tasted of grease. I usually like KFC a lot but this place was so crappy with attitudes, no food and what they had was old. DONT GO TO THIS KFC-Hopefully they close it down soon.

My colleague waited nearly 50 minutes for his food…. The chicken was very greasy when eaten. All in all: This KFC-Taco Bell combo location formula keeps being a problem from a customer service standpoint, as the staff seems like they don’t know what they are doing.
I now know not to come back to this location until their customer service improves exponentially.
