Never again will I come to this location. I should’ve known when I saw the busted out window and yellow tape. And how is the drive-thru closed? I’m now on the inside, and have been waiting 15 minutes for my food. …To be continued on the quality of this food. Smh

Sadly to say, I’ve been coming to this location since the 00s and the food quality has gone down.. I remember when I used to live in the Park at Bouldercrest as a teen me and my friends would walk to KFC to get a chicken tender wrap and potato wedges the food quality has gone down since then. There is a cook that is great there I won’t share the name they weren’t there this particular day I ordered this food hence probably why the food wasn’t cooked thoroughly. I came to get food on Tuesday 4/15/25, my 7 year old loves chicken tenders so that’s what he asked for I drive there to order the food and 1st we are waiting a while they see us but continue to run around it wasn’t busy so idk what the issue was, the manager seemed stressed and overwhelmed. My mom orders first but they don’t have anything ready… lol then she decided to cancel her order. I then proceeded to order afterwards I get the food I decided to check it and it wasn’t done. I pick up the tender and flour and grease is seeping through the tender. I tell the manager he then in a very tiresome tone asks what do I want him to do I say nothing I will put it in the air fryer at home because I don’t want any issues , then I leave. I work at 10 hour shift at an animal clinic I pick up my son from school take care of several people I don’t want to have to recook my food but I did. I do not recommend this place, just buy raw chicken from the grocery store and cook it yourself

There was a time that I stayed in Atlanta downtown Atlanta and I will come from their all the way to Forest Park just to eat at this KFC in Forest Park on Jonesboro Road now I stay closer and the food is not good whether you order it or go pick it up it’s not done right I don’t know if they change managers throughout this little period of time but you could tell something has changed because the love and the passion that was with cooking that chicken is gone and it’s not the same I do not like it I’m not happy and I have had food that I have gotten from their recently that I had to throw away that’s just how bad it was so that whoever and whatever has changed they might need to go back and look at what was working and do that again and if it’s something that somebody was doing this not there maybe reach out to them see what it was they were doing and how they was doing it so that you can do it so that you could be back to five stars because you have went from five stars to really one but I gave you three

Maybe it’s time to close this location…. Poor customer service. the manager was more concerned with fixing the work schedule rather than securing my order . I’m so confused how I ended up with a double order of this wall paste mashed potatoes in gravy instead of the coleslaw and green beans I ordered with the family meal that I ordered and paid for. I made my purchase on the way home so it’s too far to turn around to make it right. I attempted to call twice with no answer. I give up on fast food it really is cheaper to just cook at home, fewer frustration and no disappointment . If you can’t provide quality service to the community Close the doors!…..

My son and I were going to out business in Atlanta from Stockbridge, drove through the drive thru and was asked to come in to order. We both ordered the 6 wing special with the potatoe wedges both with sodas. Been sooo regretting it since last week!. The wings were not fresh and had a taste las though they had been sitting for along time!. Didn’t finish the meal but later that evening, I became very ill like I had food poisoning with excessive vomiting and diarrhea for two day’s and have not fully recovered!!!!. The soda area was obviously not cleaned due to all the stickiness even on the floor!. I have patronized this location for years even though there were time’s that my order’s were not right!. I will never visit this location again no matter how much I love KFC!!!!…. To know better is to do better, and reading other reviews, seems no employee’s from management down seem’s to care about the customer’s at all!!!!!!… I will never again recommend this location to anyone, never!!!!

If I could give -0 Stars I would this is probably the most unprofessional KFC I’ve ever been to I work in this area Monday through Friday and I have no idea what goes on between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00pm but no one is ever working or taking orders if corporate wants to pull up right now they’ll see the entire staff sitting in the drive-thru smoking not taking orders forcing people to pull off

The chicken has an artificial taste, and the overall flavor of this food is not reminiscent of what it once was. There is an unusual aftertaste that persists. As a significant food critic, I have ceased dining here and now frequent various other chicken establishments, excluding KFC. I must inquire, KFC, what has happened to the quality of your chicken? I even returned to give it another chance, yet I experienced the same unpleasant aftertaste.

I normally visit this kfc a few times during the week. Normally I get the famous bowl and it’s delicious everytime. This visit the cashier suggested the spicy version of the meal. I decided to try it and opened my bowl to at least a cup of grease sitting on the top. Honestly grossed out.

Normally the food is perfect but on this evening of 11/4/22 at around 8pm I went to get a 12 piece mixed Original and Crispy. The drive thru cashier told me there were no sides and they will replace with 1 drumstick. I couldn’t accept the fact 1 drumstick makes up for 3 Large sides that are ordered with my valid coupon. The cashier then responded and said they’ll give me 3 thighs to make up for no sides, so I then agreed. When I received the food the cashier said that they were saying it was no thighs at drive through speaker, but I immediately asked why would you say you would give me 3 thighs to make up for no sides at the speaker? No answer. Perplexing I know. They gave me all crispy chicken and 11 pieces with no biscuits. That was very disheartening and ti have a young adult to play with my intelligence and not give me what i paid for can really madden you, especially with high inflation prices. No one has $32 to throw away. Thats why I used a coupon in first place. And of course no one is picking up phone although its still business hours and the ride is too far for me to go back. Check your stuff before you leave when dealing with evening shift here at this location. I got nothing I came to KFC for and I love KFC way more than Popeyes. That drive thru cashier needs to be retrained. And playing with people’s intelligence is very unprofessional. And the chicken was dry and old.
