NO-GO! DON’T GO! The worst, I mean the absolute WORST KFC experience I have ever had in life!!! The chicken was too dark, overcooked and hard to chew. The biscuits were HARD! I wanted potato wedges and was told they were out. Really? On a Friday. I haven’t eaten KFC in years and thought this would be a good idea. I was soooo wrong! I should have gone to Popeye’s. Total waste of funds. I had to throw that food out! I WISH I HAD READ THE OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE GOING. I went to KFC to get some hot and spicy wings. I had to wait 30 minutes before I could get my meal. When the meal arrived I’m the fries were cold and the wings were warm. If I had to wait on my food especially after getting of work it should have been on point.
This is my second time trying this location cause I feel like sometimes it is a bad day. But I ordered a chicken pot pie and got a chicken bowl. I did not even take it back gave it to my niece.
Understand the KFC on Jonesboro by Quiktip don’t take their customers seriously or 1st. ( Sad)

So I ordered the food from KFC online thinking I was going to get great service and great food. I came a few days ago and it was great so I decided to get my kids some food today from KFC. So I ordered the family feast and a pot pie. I come inside I said I have a pick up the front counter associate immediately says oh we don’t have any potpies I will have to wait I asked how long he says 18 mins because they are not in the oven yet he said I can do a famous bowl and I didn’t want to wait. I said ok I’ll take the famous bowl with no cheese. So they get my food together I get my food and check the chicken. OMG it looked absolutely disgusting I said Im not taking that it was very soggy skin falling off but it supposed to be extra crispy. I’m like ain’t no way it couldn’t even be refried if I wanted to. I guess the manager on this shift got frustrated and tells me when the chicken is a compact box it sweats because the grease is new. I have never seen anything like that before I wouldn’t even serve it to my dog let alone my kids. Then she also tells me I can wait but it will be 40mins before I can get my food. So I am here now waiting on my food I just heard the manager say they have chicken so why I have to wait so long for my food smh. I should have never order online and this will be my last time ever coming to KFC in Union City. Also after everything was said and done her and a few of her employees decided to start talking crap about it. KFC you will never keep business if u have employees acting like this in your place of establishment. Im going to make sure everyone knows what just happened today. Like I said 40mins to wait on chicken I didn’t know chicken takes that long to cook and I know exactly how to really well and I has taken me that long to fry chicken and I don’t have a big deep fryer to fry it in smh. I just got off of work and I just was trying to feed my kids never in life again will shop with KFC. Rude people attitudes and obviously people who don’t know what they are doing.

This was my first visit to a KFC restaurant. I had never been here before, and my first experience was at the KFC located in this place where I am writing this review now. Of course, I placed my order through the KFC app without approaching the counter. The estimated wait time was 5 minutes, but as usual, I arrived to pick it up and waited another 5 minutes. Why do you indicate one time for pickup and then I receive it at a completely different time? The next day, I also stopped by to pick up my order, which I placed through the app, and again encountered a 5-minute wait. The order was placed at 10:55, and I received it around 11:00. Then I encountered an entrance problem as all the doors were closed. I tried the window for order pickup, but it was closed too. After walking around the entire restaurant, I found an open door and was asked who let me in, as all the doors were supposed to be closed. I explained the situation, and I was asked to leave. After a long wait, I was finally let in, and my order turned out to be damp due to the thermal packaging. After eating, I went to the bathroom and was shocked by its dirtiness. This is unacceptable; why don’t you maintain cleanliness in the bathrooms? I will attach photos for clarity. Perhaps the same situation exists in the kitchen. It’s terrible that the faucets are leaking, even though they can be easily replaced. I am also surprised that KFC management does not respond to negative customer reviews. I hope my review will be read, and you will take measures to improve the situation. I did not intend to offend anyone, but it is important for me to emphasize the problems I encountered. First – long wait times for orders, and second – insufficient cleanliness. I expect better service from such a large company.

If i can rate this store zero i would! I cane here literally here now at 10:04 pm theres no chicken up, no pot pies, no drinks and they’re not willing to do any substitutions. Please shut this store down or get all new management! Theres no way ive been over here for a year and a half and this is the only kfc that is the worst in this area. I’d suggest pulling from other locations this is a terrible location

Disappointing experience. Lack of customer service (no greeting, was put on hold for 10min in drive through), accuracy, sense of urgency, sanitation, teamwork and positivity. It took 40 minutes to receive food, and order was missing an item. The team seemed depressed, like their work isnt being valued and leadership isn’t doing their job.

⭐️ 1 Star – A Complete Nightmare
This KFC on Jonesboro is an absolute disaster and hands-down one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. The place itself is dirty, the employee attitudes are terrible, and the overall operation is a HOT, HOT MESS.
After dealing with the chaos in person before, I decided to give them another chance by ordering through Uber Eats. Big mistake. After waiting 30 minutes, my Uber Eats driver was informed that there were NO pot pies, NO crispy chicken, and NO gravy. Seriously??
Then why did the system allow me to place the order in the first place? That’s like going to Starbucks and being told they’re out of coffee.
This isn’t just inconvenient—it’s completely unacceptable. It wastes customers’ time, the driver’s time, and shows a total lack of management and accountability. Management needs to step up, check the cameras, review what’s happening in this store, and actually fix the problems because this location is clearly out of control.
What a nightmare. Just unbelievable. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.

Ordered 8pc Original and it definitely isnt original. Something going on with their batter. Its hard. When asked about it. I was told there was no change. This is the only location that i have noticed have a hard time cooking it right. The chicken doesn’t taste good either. Hate i wasted my money
