I don’t recommend going there. They give you the wrong food, the service is terrible, and the food is cold while you wait for it to be correct. You sit down to eat and go for a drink, and they don’t have ice or anything to drink. At 6 pm, they tell you it’s closed and lock the doors for customers. The service is awful. And the cleanliness is terrible; you walk around and the floor is incredibly slippery with grease. They don’t clean the tables, and the bathroom is a disgrace.Everything was messy and dirty; seeing that and the attitude of the employees makes you not want to eat there, much less return.

Always hits the spot! The chicken is crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. The Famous Bowl and biscuits are top-tier, but that chicken pot pie? Pure comfort in a bowl—warm, creamy, and packed with goodness. Service was quick and friendly, and the place was clean. KFC never disappoints when you’re craving something satisfying!

The fact that you have a lot of people anticipating the return of the wedges and hot wings, just to receive some nasty wings cooked in old grease is pretty disappointing. This has to be the worst KFC ever, I hope this gets to the owner of this business. They have no one managing these kid’s they hired, they hire these kids that’s playing with people’s food, messing up orders with no regards to safety let alone food safety. I witnessed one kid doing basketball moves with customers food, two others that apparently can’t read and had no hair nets on. This place in newnan Ga right in front of the publix is absolutely trash and I hope the right person or people sees this and makes adjustments

I’m consistently disappointed with the KFC in Newnan. The food quality is poor, and whenever I place an online order, the chicken is never fresh—it tastes like it’s been sitting for a while. On top of that, some of the crew members are not friendly at all. When you ask for something simple like extra sauce, they act annoyed or upset, which makes the experience even worse. I’ve given this location multiple chances, but it never improves. Better customer service and fresher food are definitely needed.

I just went into this location of KFC on Bullsboro and walked up to the counter to order and noticed there was black dust all over the counter. I asked the Team member what it was and he replied, “I don’t know.” I noticed the sign behind the counter which stated a 10pc for 11.99, so I asked for it. The young man taking my order responded with a total of $21.00. I asked what that price was for and he replied, “the 10pc.” I pointed to the sign for the 10pc for 11.99 and he responded, “uh, that must be for a special or something.” At that time a second team member walked up to assist with getting me the correct price. Another customer soon walked in and also noticed the giant black dust particles all over the counter. The customer was asked if she’d like to order and we both insisted that they clean the counter before taking anyone else’s order. They then told us, “It’s dust from the vents.”
The 1st team member was asked by the 2nd team member to clean the countertop.
Should a customer really have had to ask for the counter to be cleaned? Otherwise, the food and service seemed acceptable. (Or at least as good as can be expected from this particular store.)

It usually is great here but, I ordered the items on line, and I was double charged for 4 items when I ordered i only ordered two. I get to pick up my order and try to order from the app at tge window and my card had a FRAUD alert from here. I’m not sure what happened but the cashiers says we don’t have anything to do with the app we just fill the orders? We’ll this might just be my last time after spending over an hour trying to clear the mistake on my card.

Food was exceptional. Service was exceptional. All all the employees were very respectable very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. Restroom was were spotless. I had such great service that I had to take a minute to give a five star review.

Tasty but very inaccurate with order. I ordered 12pcs and they just gave me 6pcs. Also, ordered Mac and Cheese but gave mashed potato. Good thing that I checked before I left the store. However, staff kindly apologized. I also made my order with app and set up the pickup time. But waited more than 15min for my order. They didn’t even printed the ticket. So make sure you check your order before you leave.
