I had an absolutely fantastic experience at KFC Store #23 in Griffin, GA, and I can’t recommend this location enough! From the moment I walked in and interacted with the staff, I knew I was in good hands. Ms. Hope and Ms. Cassandra truly went above and beyond to make my visit exceptional, and I feel compelled to share my story to encourage others to give this place their business.

Initially, I placed an order through Uber Eats, expecting it to be delivered to my local KFC. However, due to an error, my order was sent to the Griffin location instead. I was a bit concerned at first, but that quickly changed thanks to the incredible customer service I received from Ms. Hope and Ms. Cassandra. They both handled the situation with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. They made the process smooth and easy, assisting me with getting my order adjusted and ensuring I received everything I wanted.

Ms. Hope, even when she was off duty, went out of her way to make things right. She called me from her personal number to personally resolve the issue, which I found to be above and beyond what I expected. Her dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Ms. Cassandra was also incredibly helpful, courteous, and attentive, making sure that I felt valued and appreciated as a customer.

The staff at this KFC are clearly passionate about providing excellent service. The store itself is clean, well-maintained, and the food was fresh and delicious. The team’s willingness to go the extra mile, especially during a situation that could have been frustrating, speaks volumes about their commitment to customer happiness.

One of two in town and it’s probably the nicer one. It’s tucked into a busy corner, a little tough to get in and out of, but you can do it. Never had an issue with the food – it’s KFC. Interior is clean and staff if busy.

The usual KFC experience. The manager was pretty organized and deligated employees in order to fill orders faster. The GA gold tender meal was fresh, hot and good. The NEW Cinnabon Biscuit is pretty tasty. The restaurant score was a little disappointing @ 87 B. Hopefully that can be improved on next inspection.

Why is KFC giving beyond meat a very bad reputation. Not for sure what type of vegan food that it was made of. Almost $10.00 for this and a medium drink. One piece not shown. Also was a 10 minute wait and no one was in front of me.

I have never in my life been to a fast food place that were so nice so clean so courteous. So sweet and so respectful and I’m 50. I’ll be 51 tomorrow. It was the best experience I have ever in my life had with the young lady that was working the window and I guess she said the other lady was the manager that I talked to or dealt with. They both and everybody else in there were incredibly immaculately perfect!!!!! They all deserve a raise and a paid vacation

I walked in the store and no one was in line. There were two customers waiting on their order and two or three cars in the drive thru. The manager was behind the front line (but visible) yelling at her staff. The two young men on the front side of the counter (register side) saw me and looked my way multiple times. I stood there for 5 to 10 minutes and no one ever even acknowledged me. My father and father in law spent their entire adult lives in the restaurant business so I understand restaurant customer service. This was some of the worst service I have ever experienced. No matter how busy you are, you acknowledge the customer and let them know you will be with them as quickly as possible. I left without ordering and will not be back. Completely unprofessional and rude.
