My experience here was not good. The employee took a few minutes to open the window to even acknowledge me, I believe they may have upset the customer in front of me as well. I heard yelling while waiting for her to open the window. She then opened the window with an attitude and told me an incorrect price for my order. Rather than quickly handling the situation, she was also rude to me as well. I will not be coming to this location ever again.

Employees were rude. I ordered my food online. I arrived at the location in Fayetteville and the dining room doors were closed. No sign on the door saying they were open. I finally realize that the drive-through was open when I got to the speaker box. I said I ordered two meals online. The employees response was I’m not a mind reader what is your name? I received notification that my meal was ready to be picked up but when I got to the window, they said the nuggets were not ready so I had to wait another 10 minutes for the food to come out to me.

I will never order a famous bowl ever again from this location. I had bowls from other locations and food was perfect for my taste. My bowl looked like soup. It had more gravy than anything else. So I went back and asked could I have mash potatoes on the side. She didn’t even try to accommodate me on anything. I had to pay for a another scoop. I wasn’t trying to get my money back I just wanted a remake and they refused. My bowl looked like it had 5 scoops of gravy, 1 scoop potato’s, 1 scoop of corn and 3 pieces of nuggets smh never again. But over all the chicken is good I’m just going to stick with what I know.

They had no chicken tenders, nor did they have any chicken for the famous bowl. Cashier had an attitude when I told him what I wanted. Would’ve been easier to know what to order if I knew what they didn’t have available. Chicken drums tasted like they been sitting all day.

The establishment is not an inviting, friendly nor effectively ran one. I’ve given 2 to 3 opportunities on different occasions to swing by just to see if my previous experience would be similar or not. Today was visit #3. I went inside to place an order. The same exact African American unfriendly, irritated, disoriented woman came to the register to take our orders. What I ordered was listed on the menu for $11.99 however they had a sign sitting on the counter advertising the same meal for $10.99. I advised her that there was likely an oversight but she should honor the lower price because it was literally on the advertisement sitting right on the counter. She agreed with an attitude by saying well today I’ll give it to you for that price but if you come back here tomorrow it will be 11.99. I have no doubt if I go back tomorrow….because of how poorly ran it is I’ll make the same point to her AGAIN! Lazy! Take the advertisement down if the price has changed. Next she completely tried to sabotage both of the meals we ordered by giving me a spicy chicken sandwich when she knew I ordered a classic one. Hold on it gets better, she then intentionally argued that she placed our barbecue sauce in the bag when she didn’t. Now usually I may consider saying they are understaffed and maybe overworked however the other staff members were moving like nothing was going on. A African American male was standing looking at her give us our order and thought that we would be impressed by him mumbling words such as he doesn’t care about where anyone is from nobody can do him any type of way. Sir we just want our food you working at KFC is your choice not ours. Don’t get intimidated by customers that you feel look better than you and may hold more currency then you do. I could care less if you were a billionaire working there, do your job and help your struggling co worker get our orders together. Effectively. If you want better then find better. Simple. Fayetteville is a great area but the attitudes and customer service is very low at this KFC. Management is necessary.

Never again will I order online and pick up at this KFC again got there lobby closed as usual because they’re short staff and I imagine that they just don’t give a care employees because I ordered chicken tenders and they gave me a box with two pieces of fried chicken, I realize it’s a franchise store but you really need to hire more quality people even if they’re not US citizens yeah I went there because the people you have working in there don’t care about their jobs….
