Horrible, just Horrible. I sat in the drive thru for literally 37 minutes to get a couple of soft tacos, Got to the window and (surprise) they left out the the cinnamon twist so I got them and asked for the manager, Not rude but I ask why 37mins wait and still didn’t get the order wrong. She said they only had one cook. Ok ok. So today I came back because my girlfriend wanted a potpie, I waited 15mins JUST to get to the speaker and the person in a smartass tone said it would be a 25min wait on potpies. Lol It’s the big thing that they’re pushing right now but yet you have to wait literally 35 minutes or more to get it. These are the people that are asking for like $25 a hour and are rude, can’t get a simple 6 item order correct? This place needs a revamp asap

I can’t stress enough, people check your receipts. This KFC is ripping people off. I ordered 8 tenders for $10 and a pop pie, and my order jumped to $20 dollars. Then when I asked for a receipt, they didn’t even have the receipt machine hooked up it was out of order, then the manager stated that I can write a receipt for you. I asked for the manager and owner number and they specifically told me they can’t give any numbers out. This is the second time this has happened. Also they add stuff to the order, so your price will be higher and keep the food that you did not order that you had no idea they charged you for. People check your receipts. What a joke. You just lost my business!!!!

I got to the drive through at 10:25 pm i asked for a 12 piece wings, an order of wedges, and a coke. The lady said they didn’t have any wings ready. I said I know everywhere cooks them to order, I have to wait on them every time I order them. She came back and said sorry we’re closed. I said you wasn’t closed 2 seconds ago. She we’re closed now come back another day. Google said they’re open till 1am. I went next door to Krystal and got wings. I watched multiple cars go through the drive through while I was getting my wings from Krystal. Whoever owns this place really needs to fire some lazy employees.

Ordered 8 piece meal. Got home with it and had 4 legs 4 thighs! Cost $31 for this crap that family don’t eat, where was the 2 breast and 2 wings? Food cost so much now and restaurants just give ya what ever they want to. Was gonna call restaurant and complain and ask for a refund but the cashier at drive thru made sure not to put my receipt in the bag! I do have my mobile bank app where I paid for the crap but I’m sure manager won’t do a thing. Last time I will spend a dime at this place. Don’t go here if looking for quality!

Kimbria was working when we visited and she was working hard! It took a bit of time for our food but she kept giving us updates throughout the process. It seems like she was the only one there holding down the fort and I was impressed she was able to handle everything and stay so positive.
The chicken tenders were perfect and she did a great job customizing my burrito.

By far the worst place I have ever experienced. They know the service is terrible and the company does not offer refunds for that reason. As I stood there people had been waiting for a hour and ready to destroy the store. Meanwhile some employees were outside smoking. Plus there were no managers on site. This place is the epitome of horrible and needs to be closed. I feel bad for the one brother who was working his butt off.
