We visited this store because of the twister’s return. The staff was extremely friendly. Great fried chicken, the twister wrap took me right back to 2005. The staff not only corrected a mistake of the wrong side but brought us HOT fresh wedges not once but twice for free. Extremely impressive experience in a time where its getting increasingly more rare to find a great KFC or honestly a good chain experience in general. 5 forks, welcome to the golden plate club

We were going through Canton, and decided since it was late to grab dinner on the way home to Cartersville. Ordered our food and went on down to the house (30+) mins away. Got home and started making plates for the family to find they didn’t give us our biscuits, they gave us bun tops. I’ve tried to call the store for 20 mins and cannot seem to get ANYONE on the phone. It’s now 8pm on 10/19/25

They were short staffed but working hard to pick up slack. The wait was a little longer but was worth it. I had the chicken pot pie. My son had a combo meal.

The Hispanic lady who I believe is the manager or a shift manager is just super rude, every time I’ve gone there she has an attitude. She was so rude my wife and I just drove off (10-24-25). If that’s how that place is going to be ran it really doesn’t need to be open because they can’t seem to get it in order.

We stopped by for a quick lunchtime meal and to try the new wraps.
I ordered the 2 for $5 wrap special. I got one with slaw and one with Mac & cheese. The chicken itself was very good but the Mac and cheese was bland. The slaw was in the normal slaw with a little cheese on it. The wrap,a flour tortilla was not heated. I won’t get these again.
My friend had the chicken pot pie and said that it was very good.
We had great service.

We have eaten at a KFC for years. One day we decided to have some. Bad decision…. When I came in no one was at the front, but I could here them talking in the kitchen area. 5 mi utes later someone came out. The lady was very nice amd helped me decide what to get. When I got home with our food, low and behold the chicken was not fresh and it smelled and tasted weird. We coukd not finish it and had to bring it back for a refund. The fact that they were not too concerned about a wierd taste amd smell leads me to believe that they were already aware of this issue. Picture biting into something that kind of tastes rotten….. We will never be back. I would avoid this place if you can.

I usually have no issues with KFC, but it took them 20 minutes to tell us they were out of some of the items we ordered, I had to read the order back to them rather than them reading the screen readout, and virtually no communication about the order. Overall, very unimpressed with this location.

They were out of Coleslaw and breast. The truck was next door at Taco Bell. I was fine to figure something else out until one of the lady’s came in and said said the truck wouldn’t start, and one of the guys in the back said really loud it wasn’t hurting his feelings. Seems like every time I go to that particular store their is some kind of problem, or they mess my order up. I don’t think I’ll be going back since they don’t care if they have my money, I don’t care if I have their food. I just walked out. I didn’t even order.
