Well. Only 1 fryer working. So I waited for ever for my food. Wanted extra crispy chicken and got original. $40+ order ! Got home only to realize they did NOT give me any biscuits. This very lazy on the preparation part of orders. I called the # on the receipt to speak with the Manager on duty. The phone rang and rang (probably 30+ times) then it disconnected! Ridiculous

The drive-thru is broken here and the drive-thru staff seem to have an attitude about taking orders at the window. The meal I ordered was delicious however I noticed that some of the coleslaw I was going bad. I will also include that I received my order in an adequate amount of time as well.

There is absolutely no way I will eat this restaurant again! We live in the area and have given this location multiple chances. Today I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich not 10 minutes ago and got home and got half way thru eating my sandwich and found an entire BUG in my food!!!!!

Extremely salty. Weird after taste. Waited 30 minutes for “fresh food” and received cold stale fries. Ordered wedges, did not receive them, but wedges were on the menu. $30 down the drain.

The food was hot and freshly cooked with the right amount of flavor and texture. There were two employees working like four people with great teamwork and great customer service. This place was kept clean, and customers came in and went out quickly.

Someone needs to completely overhaul this KFC. Each time we’ve ordered recently we’ve had issues. The past 2 times we’ve ordered, our food has been not-so-great but I figured it was bc we ordered late (after 8pm or so). But this time we did not order late (around 515pm) and the food was even worse. The fries were hard and inedible and seemed like they were old and had been re-fried, and I ordered a half-gallon of sweet tea but was given 3 large cups of soured, old, watery tea which was too gross to drink.

Wednesday evening rush hour, around 6pm, they were probably four cars in the drive-through. Inside, there was only one other customer. I waited maybe 10 to 15 minutes for my food, a $20 fill up bucket that included eight pieces of chicken, with sides and biscuits. Service was OK, only when I engaged the cashier in conversation did she seem to smile. When I got home, discovered only seven pieces of chicken. Very disappointed. Giving three stars because I hope they will improve. The remodeling looks nice though.

The service was okay but the food was horrible. Didn’t even taste like KFC chicken. I definitely overpaid for what I received. I doubt I will be returning to this location.

Just walked in, was not acknowledged at all, while cashier was just counting the register, standing there for 10 mins and just walked off! No one spoke… we walked out! Worst customer service I have ever seen
