This KFC appears to have a problem with how they ring up customer orders for combos. It takes a lot for me to want to post a review anywhere, let alone post one publicly. But others should be warned. I’ve been here twice and they automatically add a $2.99 large combo upgrade surcharge to combo orders even when the customer doesn’t ask for it. If you’re not paying attention to what the correct pricing should be when you pay, you won’t know until after you leave the drive through and that assumes that you look at the receipt at all. I happened to notice the inflated cost at the drive through. The cashier first tried to tell me that I ordered a more expensive combo, but, even after adjusting to the correct combo, the price was still inflated. So I asked if they had upgraded my combo to a large which I did not request. They denied it. Then a supervisor came over and tried to say that prices had changed and that the prices at the drive through speaker had not been updated. I used my phone to go to the KFC website to see what the price should be and it did not reflect any such price increase. I showed the supervisor and he then said that they no longer had the original recipe chicken that I had ordered anyway. As such, he refunded my money. However, when he gave me the receipt, it showed in black and white that the cashier had indeed charged a $2.99 large combo upgrade that I did not request. I enjoy KFC food, but I won’t be going back to this one as this is not the first time that this has happened. The difference is that I saw the evidence this time instead of believing false claims that they’re out of receipt paper, etc.

Don’t have pics because I threw the food away. The food was horrible. All I got was the nugget, fries, and drink. The nuggets were fine but the fries taste like they have been sitting there for days. The fries were hard, dry, and salty and I it had sauce in it like they took it out of another persons bag and put it in mine and told me that I took the las batch. The sweet tea was not sweet and I wanted to order another meal but the employees couldn’t get the time right. The male told me it’s was 20 min and then the female told me it will take 7 mins. My husband was not happy and canceled the order. And he just wanted a chicken sandwich meal. I was very disappointed and I’m never coming back here again. Yall need to do better.

Had a very frustrating experience at this location on October 15th
I only went here because I was gifted a gift card for my birthday, and I was trying to order the $7 Tender fill up. After being asked to repeat my order 8 times to two different people, I was told the promotion was over, and I thought, that’s fine have a gift card.
But they didn’t know what to do with my gift card. Simply swiping it and telling me “it says it’s not allowed” even though there is $30 on the card. So I’m left to pay out of pocket for a meal that was more expensive than planned and which I would’ve never come out for if I didn’t have the gift card.

Absolutely disgusting, no one was in uniform. Literally looked liked they rolled out of bed. I asked for the sauces they forgot he handed them to me with his dirty gloves , tried my best not to touch the gloves. He didn’t even seem to care about changing his gloves. When I double checked my order the mash potatoes that were $5.71 looked like an absolute joke . It was equivalent to the individual side of mash potatoes . Don’t get me started on the “extra crispy” chicken I got . Management clearly needs a refresher course .

I had been hesitant to try this location because of negative reviews. I placed an online order and they did everything right. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the store was. The customer service was great; multiple people checked on me while I waited. I will definitely order here again. The only negative is that they all have been cutting chicken into much smaller pieces (i.e. what used to be served as a chicken breast is now cut into 3+ pieces).

5-15 minutes for an online order turned into 40, watched the manager stand there silently give out my food to another customer then told me it’ll be five minutes for fresh sandwiches. I finally get my food and one of the sandwich filets is completely ice cold. They keep the food in warmers so I was intentionally served a trashed sandwich out of the garbage can.

Not a single apology or thank you for waiting from any of the staff and the manager couldn’t even look me in the eye when I got my food. They knew what they served me and they’ll have to explain that one to the health department.

This KFC has not been taking drive through orders for close to 6 months. Of the 3 times I’ve been here, they have been out of chicken breasts twice. They won’t even do mobile orders through the drive through.

Y’all I am crying we ordered 3 tender meals and they gave us ripped up chicken breasts. I cannot lmao. However I will say they were friendly about dropping us actual tenders but like c’mon.
