Subject: Poor Service and Food Quality at Drive-Through

To Whom It May Concern,

I want to bring to your attention several disappointing experiences I’ve had at your location this week.
• First Attempt: I waited in the drive-through with a car in front of me and one behind me. After the car behind me left, I eventually left as well because the car ahead remained at the window with no movement or service.
• Second Attempt: When I pulled up to the speaker box, I was told to “hold on.” I waited, but no one ever came back to take my order. As I pulled off, I noticed there wasn’t even a car at the window—only a car waiting further up, presumably for their order. This left me confused as to why my order couldn’t be taken while I waited.
• Third Attempt (August 21): I went through the drive-through, but no one came to take my order. I pulled around to the window where staff were visibly present but slow to acknowledge me. One employee finally asked if I needed help and confirmed the drive-through was open. Their demeanor and lack of professionalism left a very poor impression.

When I finally placed a simple order—a small potato wedge—I was told to pull forward to wait. The order I received was unacceptable: the wedges were cold, mixed with french fries, and not fresh at all.

Adding to this, it seemed there was confusion and stress among the staff, as I observed what appeared to be a manager outside going back and forth with another customer, saying he already “had a lot going on.”

This level of service and food quality is not only frustrating but also far below the standard I expect. After three unsuccessful attempts and finally receiving cold, poor-quality food, I will not be returning. I strongly suggest management review operations, retrain staff, or consider making major changes. The current state of this store reflects very poorly on your brand.

8/31/25 I ordered a 2 piece leg and thigh combo and a order of Mac and cheese bites at about 1035 pm delivery. When it got to me I didn’t receive the chicken combo I paid for and the guy on shift sent me empty Mac and cheese bites . Yes only empty stale bread crumb balls is what I received . The gravy was lumpy. The dasher had text me and told me he was acting slow about my drink . Please if you do not like your job get a new one or start a buisness of your own . People shouldn’t have to suffer because you are miserable

Not above average. I only buy at this location because it is close to my house or a promotion. I would not take someone there or buy anything at their regular menu price. Good area but the food quality specially and service need to change to keep its customers.

Rude manager, asked for her name, she shouted I’m the manager, made me wait after I ordered for my sauces, while she assisted a man that ordered after me, I asked if i could please get the sauce and she said I heard you the first time, I asked if you did why can’t I have it, I’m helping my customer (I’m 68 and a white female, the man she was helping was a young black man), I will NEVER return, unprofessional and I ordered the chicken tenders, which were very tiny, asked for corporates number, I don’t know it is the answer I got! Stay away from this store!

This has to be the worst kfc in Georgia. The person that takes your order through the drive through is always so rude and cuts you off before u can even finish. They are always out of stuff, food never taste as good as other kfc. And they forget half the order. Don’t waste your time.

Place was clean but slow. I went inside to get the free Braves taco and ordered a couple more tacos. Got the free taco fast, but had to wait for the others. Turns out it was sitting there all along but no one noticed. Had to ask for sauce. Everyone wore a mask and shop was clean. Was impressed with a young man asking for someone with gloves to operate the cashier after handing me a taco. Were good. Felt bad for the employees since they have KFC and Taco bell to handle.

This is THE worst KFC I’ve ever been to. I asked to speak with the manager who WOULD NOT even come to the counter to address my concerns. I asked for more potatoes in my container because it wasn’t full. She never came to the counter to speak with me. I asked for hot sauce and honey. It took 5 minutes to get someone to bring it to the counter. Furthermore, I continued to wait for the manager because I wanted to verify the pieces of chicken I had received. She never came to the counter even after waiting an additional 5minutes. When I asked for the managers name the girl closest to the counter told me it’s on the front door. I had to go take a photo of her name. I went back in and began video taping the poor service because the manager still refused to come speak with me. They also had not given me my 6 biscuits. I had to wait for those as well. I ordered a 12 piece meal. I left because there was nothing I could do without a managers assistance. When I got home, we had mainly dark meat…only 2 small wings were white meat. Also the Coleslaw was watery and packed at the bottom of the chicken and hot potatoes. I’m not sure what to do when the manager won’t assist the customer. This was the WORST service I’ve ever received from any fast food service provider in life! I will never be back. There was absolutely NO customer service whatsoever!!! I guess the only thing I can do is dispute my charges since I didn’t get what I requested AND the manager refused to assist.

They got my order correct. I wanted honey mustard not available so I got bbq sauce. I got a 2pc dark with biscuit and mash potatoes for $5.00 and a fill up box for $20.00 for my bro and niece and nephew. My bro said that the breast was so juicy. I have not eaten at a KFC location in years. In 2004 -2008 I used to get the best fried chicken breast salad on earth from them and a pot pie was all I needed.

The worst everrr. I had a study night session, ordered from this terrible store. I ordered leg/thigh and they sent me nasty old chicken tenders and hard nuggets. No side, no drink. I would not recommend ordering from this location.
