Came in on a Friday at 12:00. It was good. What are the lunch special. Food came out very quick. Manager double-checked ask make sure there was nothing else I needed. Did not have any issues on this visit everybody was extremely nice

I visited KFC around 8:30 pm, and the place was quite busy, which I totally understand. However, I had to wait over 30 minutes to receive my order, which made the overall experience a bit disappointing — especially since other customers also seemed frustrated by the delay.
I understand that peak hours can be overwhelming, but it would really help if KFC could improve the order processing time or at least provide more accurate wait-time estimates. On the bright side, the staff remained polite and courteous throughout, which I truly appreciate.
I hope this location can make a few adjustments to enhance the customer experience going forward!

I know with these chicken places, it’s a hit or miss. I decided to stop at this KFC because I was STARVING. The worker did offer to fill up my drink as I was on crutches, so that was good. I ordered number 7, a big box containing a drink, a biscuit, and chicken tenders. The first thing I was told was that the mac and cheese were not ready and that I would have to wait, which I have no problem with. I filled my drink, which was flat, and the ice machine was not working. I’m not blaming the workers, but just mentioning it. The guy was friendly and filled me up the drink from the drive-through side, and it was better. The chicken was dry, warm, and soggy on the outside. There were some crispy parts, but overall it was mid. I had KFC in Lawrenceville Suwanee, blistering hot, crispy, and crunchy. The fries were decent, as it was crispy. The biscuit was fluffy, but you could tell it was old as some parts had that stale crunch. One of the chicken tenders had some weird soggy part that looked nasty. Overall, if I came back again and tried, it might be better, but this was my initial review. Oh yea, the mac and cheese were cold despite being just made.

First time visiting this location and it was a good experience. We were promptly greeted by the staff and our order was taken and quickly given to us. I hadn’t had KFC in a few years because of the constant terrible customer service experiences I had received. This location is definitely good to go with their customer service.

Hair in my food. Not 1 strand but multiple. It looks intentional. Good luck calling to speak to someone because they just let the phone ring. 1 out of 10 do not recommend. Hopefully the owner sees this review and orders food from his restaurant to see why the reviews are so bad.

They don’t even deserve 1 star this place needs to be shut down truly horrible experience I ordered a 3 wing meal the fries were stale and hard and I was so disgusted I didn’t want to even eat the chicken. I went back to get a refund because I was not going to eat the food the so called manager was a complete jerk refused to give me a refund and threw some fries in the box saying that’s all he could do. When I asked for his name he refused to give me his name I had to call corporate to file a complaint. This establishment needs to be closed they hardly have business and I understand why now. I will be following up to make sure they understand that you can’t treat people any way and get away with it

I placed an order on Uber eats for a pot pie and 2 10 piece nuggets. After waiting 1 hour for my food (that was not the problem) it came with NO CHICKEN POT PIE. It also came with these worthless piece of chicken nuggets that was supposed to be a 20 piece. (I would add a picture of the pot pie too but I DIDNT GET IT!) I called KFC a numerous amount of times and no answer. I’m not the type to write reviews but yall made me so mad. WHY NOT CANCEL THE ORDER IF YALL DIDNT HAVE THE CHICKEN POT PIE?
