My husband ordered the Nashville Mac and cheese it look and taste like Mac & Cheese with chop fry chicken. My husband ordered the loaded fries with Nashville chicken his own was spicy like I thought mys would be. I also ordered 2 wings that tasted really good. The service was a bit slow as he was in there for almost 20 minutes. The workers are cool and apologize for the severe, then offered him a drink for that. At the end of this, we go back again in the future.

First, they gave 1 order an undone breast after waiting 10 min. for fresh chicken. Then 2 of the 3 orders had to be refunded for not having white meat for a 2 piece (breast and wing) and a three piece(3 wings) unless we waited another 20 min. We get home with 2 pot pies, 1 having NO chicken and the 2nd one having pull apart fried chicken in it. They said it was fresh but not made correctly. This whole experience was a hot mess. They couldn’t even provide receipts to the customers. Very unacceptable!

I ordered a pot pie from the drive-thru. I paid and the cashier told me she would bring it out to front of store because they were coming out of the over okay… I ain’t tripping on that. I sat out front for 10 minutes at least before I went to see what the hell was going on because I would have preferred been told they didn’t have any before I paid. So I go inside and before I can ask what happened, the young lady that took my order at the window was trying to take my order at the front register. When I told her I was waiting on her out front like she said, she looked at me like I was talking a foreign language. She said you want to order a pot pie? I said I just said I ordered from you at the window and you told me to wait out front. So she proceeds to box and bag my pot pie and I leave. But wait, there’s more. I get home and start to eat my pot pie…. only to find a bone in my mouth. Again, I ain’t even tripping on that. My next 4-5 spoons had bone or grissle in them. I stopped eating and threw it away. I am so disappointed because now I’m hungry and angry. What happened to customer service? What happened to quality control? The pot pie used to be one of the best things on KFC menu. Now I have to do them like the several other fast food franchises I have cut off and say goodbye. Yall asking too much of customers and not giving us anything in return. Glad my grandmother taught me to cook!

Wish I could give no stars. I placed an order through the app. My husband went to pick up order through drive thru and was told he needed to come inside. He gets inside and is waiting. He is asked the name of order 3 different times only to be told my order had been given to someone else. Young lady who said her name is Brittany and a manager was extremely rude and unapologetic for THEIR mistake. Instead of replacing was told I would have to reach out to online support since that was how I ordered and they could refund. Needless to say I spent $31 and did not receive my food. This location is horrible and I hope corporate reads these reviews because it seems to be a trend of people coming thru drive thru then being redirected inside the store. Are the employees taken home peoples orders? Waiting on response from corporate about a refund. But that store needs to be completely revamped from management to employees.

Just ordered online for my 11-year-old daughter who loves KFC. Order status said it was ready, but when I arrived, the employee inform me it was still being made. This chicken looks like it’s been sitting there for three years. Worst chicken ever.

I wish l had read the reviews at this location before ordering here. I ordered Kfc VIA uber eats when I got my food an entire meal was missing. Remind you i just paid a up charge price online plus Tip the uber driver only for me to go and get the missing meal.

Stood at the counter for about 5 mins no one acknowledged me . I finally had to say helllooooo. Rude young lady came to the front I explained my situation. She asked for my name then proceeded to help the drive through line. Finally another lady came with a attitude and replaced my meal. Only nice person was the young lady with the dreads and the end had blonde tips. I really wish i had gotten her info and put in a referral for her at Apple.

Long story short I WILL NEVER EVER spend my money at this location again.

1/6/26 First I wait 3/4 minutes For her to take the order. Then I asked for a combo she said it would take seven minutes. I said ok thank you. I pull up, wait another three or four minutes for her to then ask me what did I order? I told her again. She said it would be 30 mins wait…. I said you told me seven minutes she argued no I said 30. 7 and 30.

The only reason this restaurant gets a 5 from me is bc the restaurant manager Tiona is AMAZING. She helps so much and no matter what issue we as a customer has, she will go above and beyond to find a resolution. She is great and she stated she do it bc she is a customer as well and she understands. This woman needs to branch off and start her own restaurant biz bc she is great at customer service and problem solving skills.

This particular location on Panola road CUSTOMER SERVICE is not good. You have to always go inside to order they won’t take any orders at the drive thru. This has happened to me 3 different occasions.I recently did an online order and it took over an hour to get it ready. The food is good just the service is bad.

The food here is nasty. Although package is neat and clean, the original KFC FLAVOR IS LOST…Please go to the Snellville kfc and learn the recipe from that kfc over there. No kfc in GA taste good. Only this one in Snellville is not skiml8ng on the spicy. The rest are selling chicken with horrible flavor and grease…I know it’s fast food but….DO Better! And yes I am calling the corporate office. The chicken is not good at all
