There was a ton of breading, but there is quite literally no chicken on their chicken breast. I did not even get two full bites of chicken out of an entire breast. This is not the locations fault, but KFC needs to bring their chicken MEAT back in their chicken.

Only thing good about restaurant is the bathroom was clean. The food is horrible. The chicken was dry. The mash potatoes and gravy tastes sour!!! The coleslaw did not taste like KFC coleslaw. Did not get a receipt with order. Call the 1800 number no one reached out. I didn’t want a free order. I just wanted them to listen to my complaint. After taking a bite of their food, I probably will not eat any KFC for at another 6 month or longer!!! Horrible food. No response by the store. I should have read the reviews before ordering!!!

Had my order Delivered. I ordered 3 Large Mashed Potatoes with no gravy. All 3 bowls were 1/2 full, so basically received 1 & 1/2 order of Mashed potatoes.

This was the nastiest chicken I have ever gotten. Was not even able to eat it. Old grease the chicken tasted spoiled. The sides were not great either. I want my money back! I have tried calling and of course no one ever answers the phone.

So apparently something going on with azure and the kfc app, but they had no problem taking my payment on the app and the transaction shows on my bank as well, guy in the store tells me he can’t make my order even though I showed him my receipt showing the transaction went through. having my time wasted like that due to a server company kfc decided to use isn’t my problem . Should’ve had a better solution than “I’m sorry “

My wife and I went through the drive thru to get 4 pot pies because we haven’t hay one in years first the young lady taking our order was so pleasant and delightful it was amazing from start to finish her name was Q my wife and I talked about experience all the way home and the pot pies were hot and delicious keep up the good work!

I was helped by the manager Omar. I was having difficulty placing my order on line so he helped me. He was very patient and pleasant. His team working with him were also pleasant and you can tell that they liked their jobs. He definitely has a positive effect on his team because they were all smiling and working together!!! GREAT SERVICE ALL AROUND!!

I haven’t had kfc in years and always have had Popeyes. I’m not sure why I waited so long as this was way better service and food then the Popeyes in Snellville scenic highway. The chicken actually tasted like chicken unlike Popeyes tenders (tasted like fish). The employee greeted me immediately the moment I walked in and since I havnt been to a kfc in a while I wanted to look at the menu. The manager thought I was waiting so she came up and said sorry but I told her I was just looking at the menu. I got the big box tenders and before I could fill my drink my food was ready. The fries were a bit too salty and tasted stale but the chicken tenders were hot and juicy. The bbq was really sweet but over it made me really full. Definitely making me crave some more tenders!
