I will never eat here again. I had a bad experience ordering hot and spicy wings through the drive-thru. After getting my food, I pulled over to check it and noticed visible lint on one of the chicken pieces—it was very noticeable and unappetizing.
I went inside to show the cashier, and she called the manager over. The manager looked at it and said, “Oh, it’s just lint,” which I found to be an unacceptable response. She mentioned telling her cooks to make sure the pans were clean, but that didn’t make me feel any better. Food should never be served with lint on it, and the response showed a lack of care for cleanliness.
I asked for a refund, which I did receive, but it wasn’t for the full amount. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I will not be returning to this location.

As I ordered and pulled up at the window, they took my payment and immediately tell me to pull up and go park. I didn’t even get a chance to get my card back and I refused to pull up. I had A Famous bowl that’s it.. both cashier and manager are very disrespectful and ugly. They need to be dealt with. Never spend my money at this location and I’m a regular… I’ll be calling the corporate tomorrow

So…this location is hit or miss. I tried to place an at the drive-thru speaker but no one answered after I said hello several times. I drove to the window and saw one person walk by. I then saw another person and I tapped the window. She responded like I was bothering her but I told her nobody answered the drive-thru speaker. She called a young lady over and walked away. Thr young lady had headphones in and told a person on the phone “I need to call you back”. Ordered food and got it quick. Fries were old and hard, like just not edible. Biscuits were hard. Wings were dried out. I did the survey and went online to message customer service. They replied 6 days later, asking me for my name, address, etc. I sent it all in and because I didn’t hear anything else, I replied again..and again..and again…and AGAIN. 4x and I still haven’t heard anything else. I was at KFC on 9/5/25. To date, I STILL haven’t heard anything. Evidently, this location doesn’t care so they won’t care if I don’t go back…because I’m not.

I am so frustrated and disgusted. I was so hungry just to get home and realize that I was given dirty food with hair on it! I just don’t understand why there isn’t any accountability for people working at your establishment. I want a refund and something needs to be done about this location. This is the worst fast food experience I’ve had.

Possibly the worst KFC ever. Ordered online to make the pick up of the order QUICKER. Got to the drive through and the girl said we don’t online orders at the drive thru. I go in and 45 minutes later I get my simple 8 piece chicken. KFC app doesn’t allow you to cancel order after a certain order status. Absolute nightmare of a store. Employees standing around talking while ignoring customers. The owner should be ashamed. It’s now way the owner does not know how bad the employees are. It would have been quicker for me to order from the drive through, so ordering through the app waster 45 minutes of my day.

We stopped at this KFC only so my toddler could use the restroom while we were traveling. My husband politely asked to take our child to the bathroom, but the staff refused unless he bought food first. That’s unacceptable — we weren’t even stopping to eat, just trying to take care of our little one.
It’s disappointing that a family with a small child was forced to make a purchase just to use the restroom. Basic human decency and compassion should come before sales. We won’t be stopping at this location again.

I placed my order at 8:57 and I left the restaurant at 9:30 after receiving my food. The young lady working the night shift on 3/2 was very unprofessional. Her customer service skills were not up to par at all. The only reason I waited for the food was because I was getting it for someone. Once I received my food, the biscuits were doughy and the chicken looked weird. I just wouldn’t recommend this location. There has always been some kind of issue when I have gone. Either the wait time is long or they’re always out of something. They also seem to close the store when they feel like it.

Workers not polite, rest rooms are off limit, corn was rubber-not worth trying to eat, fries were cold. The restaurant was clean, fried chicken was good. Will seek food elsewhere next time we are in this area.

I arrived to pick up an online mobile order from the drive thru window. Cashier stated to come inside for online pickup, drove around to get inside the doors are locked. Cashier standing at register, looked right at window and ignored this order was placed around 8-8:30. Never came to door, customer order I let the customer know what was going on, he had to call inside and notify them someone was at the store waiting outside locked building, she came to the door and just stood their. Then say sarcastically sorry about that. Customer notified me to make sure all item were inside, asked her if everything was corrected says yes. That was a lie, no drinks of the meals were provided, left off the 2 Mac n cheeses, none of the sauces or condiments asked for were in bag. I went to get the drinks no raspberry tea inside the machine went to notify her of this no one every at the front their just standing around talking and playing in the back. Then she wanna come up to walking and talking with an attitude stating with angry, bothering mode when you can’t get the order right and not having the drink that’s on the drink machine “ her oh my god sickening “ statement yes I read your lips mouthing those words. And your facial expressions. Go home, clock out or quit your job if you’re not there to provide CUSTOMER SERVICE, you just want a check! AND STOP PLAYING AROUND ON THE CLOCK. Because you still didn’t have the order correct customer still didn’t get their full meal.
