Had 3 online orders at the same time. When we got there to pick up 2 of the orders were ready. Waited another 15 mins for nuggets to be cooked all while the manager in the back stated “I said they were cooking. Got a couple more minutes shit” the young man at the counter is very kind and attempted to make everything ok. Also had 2 sides made wrong and the same manager in the back had some very poor choice things to say and we heard everything. Extremely unprofessional and rude

Came through the drive through around 9pm on a Tuesday night for the $10 bucket. Hadn’t been to KFC in over a year so I said this is a good deal so why not. Get to the drive thru(no one else there but me) and no one greets me. I sit there for a few minutes waiting and then I say, “Hello”, and I get what can I get for you. I say the $10 bucket. She mumbles something. I say, I’m sorry I couldn’t understand what you just said, “Anything else?”, no thank you. I pull up to the window, wait on my food and the person running the drive through seems to be talking to someone on the phone. I get my food and get home. When I open the bucket I am in disbelief of how bad this chicken looks. Skin everywhere an nowhere at the same time. Extremely greasy and it looks like it had been tossed and shaken before it was given to me. JUST DIGUSTING! See pic. For $10 I don’t want that. I called and spoke with the AGM and she agreed to replace the meal.

I picked up my lunch and went back to work to eat it. After looking at the receipt I realized I was charged $2.49 for a large combo upgrade. I was not asked by the cashier Anita if I wanted this large combo upgrade! Because if I had , I would have said no!! In my opinion this ranges from bad customer service to outright theft!!!

I ordered 3 chicken straps to put on my salad at home. $8+ later, the 5 tiny over cooked and over reheated chicken stripsI wouldn’t even cut with a serraded knife! Dogs got more than half of what I had. If I ever do that again, I’ll ask for fresh and look in the box!

My wait time was fine. I spent over $40 for a family meal bucket. I received 5 pieces of bone in chicken and 4 strips of what was supposed to be 8 and 6. As for the two sides? I got one of mashed potatoes and didn’t even get the gravy. I’m not asking for anything for free but if you have a job and work for your money don’t bother wasting it there.

So we very seldom get food from this location simply because of customer service. We frequent the Aiken location because of the quality of food and good customer service. The North Augusta KFC needs a change of management and proper training of the staff. We came to get food today and it has been over 40 minutes since we ordered, no one has come out to let us know about our orders and the clock is still going. KFC you can do better.

This place has gone right to hell! If y’all can’t get better workers then y’all need to close down. They don’t even say welcome to KFC may I take your order. NONE OF THEM GREET YOU! Chicken half cooked. Order be wrong. One day I got my car pulled up food was supposed to be cooking. Give cars pulled off after they pulled me. So my mother went in and she heard the girl at drive thru laughing saying “they still sitting out there.” What’s funny about that? Didn’t you pull us up? Why did we have to go get our food. Then when I went back in to tell them my order was wrong she was caught getting ready to say something else. I said yea I’m right here if you had of got my order right you wouldn’t have to worry about me sitting there still. They don’t even open the drive thru window all the way. Just stick their hand out and you have to reach for your order. It needs to be some serious hiring and firing down.

This KFC did not disappoint. Everything was perfect. Would give 6 stars if I could. But I have to reduce to 4 stars due to their negligence of business hours. Google showed 10am. I arrived around 9:30am. I saw people showing up at 10am, then leaving. At 10am a woman was cleaning the glass door. I spoke to her through the glass. She said they open 11am. I zoomed out and saw 10am on the door she was cleaning. I pointed to it, then she just shrugged her shoulders and smiled. It’s too easy to change your storefront and Google hours. I waited an extra hour for them to open. Not cool.
