Every employee was on their phone. After standing at the counter like an idiot for 5 minutes, I said hello. They blatantly ignored me. The guy cleaning around me ignored me as well. It’s like they were playing some joke on me or something. I have managed many employees, and I would fire every one that was working that day. No business can survive employees like that. I was there on Nov 29, at 2:45 PM. For the sake of your business, straighten them out, if straightening out such people is possible.

Ordered $20 worth of food , 4 simple items. 1) Pot pie combo (combo just comes with a drink)
2) a large fries
3) 2 biscuits
My question this evening is where are the rest of my French fries ? As seen in the photo the container is just barely over half full. I paid $4.79 for a half full order of fries ? (No I did not eat any before the photo was took, NO they’re not in the bottom of the bag.)
Then the cherry on top was extremely rude young lady that told her co worker “he wants something else , see what he wants “ in a Karen like voice as I knocked on the drive through window to request a copy of my receipt.
Highly disappointed to say the least , the ghetto KFC in Lancaster has 1,000 times better service.

Just order a 8 piece original chicken meal. Food was hot and fresh. Order was accurate and served quickly. Cashier and staff was friendly.

We stopped by Sunday 04/13 almost at closing time and the cashier and manager were both so nice and cheerful even though we wanted the 16pc tender meal freshly cooked 30 minutes before closing. They did it without a second thought and when we got home everything was of course hot and fresh and all the sauces and utensils we asked for was in the bag. Also the Tea wasn’t bitter like it is sometimes. We give 5 stars all the way around!!!
