Visited this location last night, I am not sure but I believe the same young man is the cashier and the speaker. They sounded very similar and he waited on my change to take an order. If you get Matthew, he is very kind and helpful he is very chipper and I can tell he enjoys this job. He had stopped what he was doing to tell me what the differences in their chicken were and his suggestions.He also told me to have a finger licken good day and that made me and my hubbies night! Their Diet Coke washeavy. Out of chicken but they gave me a different chicken and it was better. I plan to visit again and get their caliente chicken!

Came through a few minutes after 9 and I didn’t leave till after 9:20. Ordered a kfc bowl, no corn and barely any gravy. I didn’t get a receipt. Everyone was nice but the wait was awful and half my bowl was missing

Not sure what’s happening here but service had deteriorated to the absolute worst I have ever experienced. At the outside order point you get “please wait”. Then the line hardly moves. Tonight literally 3 cars and it took over 20 minutes. I was two cars away but couldn’t take it any longer. Probably won’t be back which is too bad because I was a regular.

Got here and waited 30min for the food. Whole time im waiting on worker in the back is just hacking and coughing all over the food and her gloves. (Didn’t change the gloves mind you). Asked for my cups and the same lady handed me them, (with the same gloves), and smeared whatever substance was on her gloves on the brim of my cup and the bottom of another.

Is made a simple online order. I was in line at the drive-thru for pick up, I was in line for over 20 minutes. Only 3 cars.
Service is very slow.
Well made the mistake and went back to get my wife a chicken strip meal and the picture below is what I paid $10 for,,,absolutely not worth it. Don’t think I would even pay $5 for that again

Ordered a $7 fill up with tenders and got the tiniest chicken tenders ever and instead of telling me your out of fries you throw what little you have left on top of my chicken and assume I want mashed potatoes and whatever that is in the bag looks like a danish and call it a day instead of saying your out of fries and let me pick another side what a joke if I wasn’t in a hurry I would have came back inside
