I’m only rating the food 3 stars because after I left the drive thru and was a couple of minutes down the road, I had to turn around to get my 3 drinks that were not made yet. And then after leaving the restaurant and finally making it back home, I saw there was more than just drinks left out of my order. I wasn’t given my 6 piece chicken fingers and large side of wedges.
Update: I just came back through the third time to the restaurant and they were nice to give me what I’m missing.

If I could do negative stars, I would. Let’s start with if you’re on your lunch break. DO NOT come to this location. Also, double-check your food. Even though they repeated my order by the time I got to the window, it’s different, and mind you, there’s only 1 window. Don’t forget to get a receipt according to Gracie they’re only given when asked for. So there’s no double-checking that it was rang up correctly. So you only have your word against there’s. Then, if they do forget your food, they’ll pull you up and make you wait 5 minutes for the food you already ordered. Then, when speaking to the “manager” he won’t take responsibility as a manger to the location said Not his store. According to everyone inside the building, yes, had to go inside. No one took my order. So there went the lunch break. Sad that adults doing high school kids’ jobs can’t do it correctly. Go to spinx down the street better service and better food. Very unprofessional.

Worst ever. They just can’t get it together. Last time they gave my order to someone else then took forever to remake it. This time I’m picking up a delivery order that was supposed to be ready at 645. 7pm rolls around and they are still saying they’re getting it ready, “waiting on tenders” is what they seem to tell every single customer. Customers that were already waiting when I got there were still waiting when i finally just gave up and canceled the order and left. Horrible service and zero sense of urgency. Everywhere else has the food ready. Straighten this store out please

There was a glitch in the app and on the website that wouldn’t allow me to change the drink or sauce so I had to pay 49¢ for a sauce that I realized after I got home wasn’t in the bag. We now have to wait in line to pick up a mobile order as it has to be handed off by an employee. The wedges were overcooked or had been sitting as were the chicken wings, very poor meat to breading ratio. The chicken pot pie was good, usually a pretty consistent item.

Usually, we get mediocre food and service. I have to say they hit it out of the park. Maybe, its just this location. They did well. Good food, not extra, extra greasy, got the order right, offered a coupon, all around on it. But I have to say the potatoes are always awful, at every location, in every state now that we’ve tried. They just don’t cut it anymore. Which is sad. Since there isn’t fried potatoes or a rice option that is just disappointing. Corporate should reconsider tge gross instant potatoes we get now.

One of the employees packed my order wrong and I did not notice till I got home. I called and spoke to Gracie the manager and she apologized and offered to make it right. I returned to KFC later and Gracie did as she said. I truly appreciate customer service as this.

Changing my review to 1 star after todays meal.. we got the most gross old food there today. The chicken the skin was so dried out and hard like it was left over from yesterday. Everything we got was cold and old. The mashed potatoes had been in the cup so long the gravey had hardened to one solid piece and it had a nasty waterly layer between the gavey and potatoes like it had spoiled. The biscuits could not be eaten it was like little bricks. What in the world is going on that would make you think its ok to serve people that food. We could get sick! I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. I wasted my time and money to get food we couldn’t even eat. We were there a little after 4pm 3/8 2026.

Can someone please explain the concept of no one behind me in the drive thru and they make me move up, I thought the concept was 1st come 1st served? Then as normal order messed up so I have to back up to the windows and knock on it so they can fix it? Smh
