I got their Chicken Sandwich and it was Fresh Up and Really Tasty ! On another trip , I got 2 piece Chicken , breast and a wing , one side and biscuit and drink $8.00 and change . It was VERY GOOD ! On yet another trip we got Chicken , Mac & Cheese Bowl and Chicken Strips and Their Delicious French Fries ! The Fries are Really , Really Good. Consistency Counts. Thanks for A Job Well Done ! Nice staff but I do believe they are keeping same food from day to day on the buffet. The one on HWY 72 that is! I got real sick after eating their chocolate pudding. It taste absolutely nasty and even an employee sampled a little and said it was. This is a sign of poor management

I’ve only been there twice in the last 6 months, and both times, they were unable to complete my order due to a lack of chicken. What I did get was acceptable. The employees were very nice during my visit, which softened the blow of not getting what we really wanted. All in all, if you enjoy KFC I think you’ll enjoy this particular restaurant.

So very much better than in the past. So glad the buffet is back! Ok, at 3pm on a Saturday I expected it to be ransacked, and it was low, but being cleaned & stocked by very friendly folks. The food was fresh & perfectly cooked. I have dental problems & couldn’t eat half of what I wanted and they kindly gave me a scoop of mac & cheese from the back. Yall are fantastic! Thank you so much for taking time to give good service and great food!

Had 4 things in my entire order. Went back twice to get it fixed because it was wrong. Got home & it’s still missing stuff. Not to mention when I asked an employee if my drink was large because that’s what we ordered she stated “no but a large is not much bigger” um.. I don’t care. I paid for it. Waste of money. We were told it would take 20 min to cook chicken. We left came back in 30 min. We’re told to pull up to wait on chicken. No one behind us in line but they said they were on timer. Dominque came to window said they were being timed so would have to pull over. What doesn’t make sense. They want to make management think they are serving quickly by making you pull over deciieving!! You really having to wait 30 min. That’s dishonest!!!!! This establishment claims to open at 10am but I’m still trying to figure out why at 10:14am I had to wait 30mins just for the basics that should have been ready prior to opening. I ordered 3 chicken strips French fries and a breast and wing original. When I got to the window I wasn’t even advised what I was waiting on instead I was told to pull up. I sat there until at least 10:30. I finally decided to go in and what do you know, I’m just now seeing chicken strips being pulled up and French fries being dropped. I’m still not told what I’m waiting on. The manager was outside apparently not doing her job duties, and the drive thru personnel had just walked in from being outside. Nobody ever once apologized for the wait or offered anything for the wait nor was I offered anything in place of the items it took 30mins to cook. Which I don’t understand. The longest cook time of an item at kfc is going to be the chicken. Which prob takes about 30mins possibly longer all the other items at most should take 10-15mins so I’d still like an explanation as to why I waited 30mins for greasy ff’s and chicken strips that should have been cooked to perfection considering the wait, but they weren’t. I didn’t walk out of this establishment with food in hand until AFTER 10:50am. This is and was unacceptable!
