I’ve stopped at this KFC a few times before while traveling to Myrtle Beach. The customer service has always been great. I had 2 employees ask me if I had been waited on or need to place an order when my daughter placed the order on the Kiosk. The food was great. We had the chicken tenders and fries. We got it to go. I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent visit to your restaurant on Sunday, the 23rd. My party placed our order through the kiosk, and unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet expectations.
• Upon arrival, we were not greeted, and there were four other orders ahead of ours waiting to be fulfilled.
• The food was acceptable, but the chicken sandwich I received was overcooked, dry, and difficult to enjoy.
• Basic necessities such as napkins were unavailable, as all dispensers were empty, and we had to request them directly.
• The dining room required attention: tables had not been wiped, and the drink station was not clean.
Additionally, I observed behavior from a staff member who appeared to be the manager (a woman with brown hair, glasses) that I found unprofessional. She was yelling at staff members from the front registers, calling out names in a disruptive manner. While we were dining, she touched her face and hair before handling a tray of chicken, which raised concerns about food safety practices.
This experience was disappointing, especially since the service and staff we encountered on Friday were far more professional and welcoming. Based on this visit, we will not be returning to your establishment. As we were traveling through town, I hope these issues will be investigated and corrected to improve future customer experiences.

We stopped on our way to South carolina here. We got our order taken quickly. Food didn’t take long to get. Place definitely needs some upgrades. Bathroom is very small and needs upgrade. Other than that it was great. Food was good.

Open until 11pm, by 9pm they are out of 80%of their menu, happened 5 times now in the past 2 months I’ve tried. Trying to order the honey bbq wings is like trying to find a unicorn, its one of the few edible items off the menu and they cant even keep it in stock. Pathetic for a billion dollar company. It would be nice if the area supervisor gave a shit about their stores. I get being out of something once or twice, but everyday? Not only they, i NEVER get napkins or a fork, literally have to ask every time, and 50% of the time my food is WRONG. Kfc corporate needs to visit this store bc this town is hard enough to live in, at least we could get a restaurant that actually has their menu in stock. Again, PATHETIC

I really truly cannot imagine why anyone would give this place a 4 or 5 star review. I live in the area and have been here multiple times over the past few years, without fail every single time I have gotten food from here it has taken 10-20 minutes to receive (regardless of if it was an online order or not). Every time I have gotten food from here the food is cold and unappealing. And lastly, the staff always has an attitude or don’t seem like they’re there mentally at all. If I could give 0 stars at all, it baffles me this place is still in business let alone had the money to remodel.

This is the only KFC I ever patronize because it’s the best! Never over or und8 bjer cooked. Reasonable prices. Hot fresh friendly. I can’t stand the KFC in Myrtle Beach and I hope these folks take over that franchise!

This has got to be the slowest KFC around every time I go to this kfc it is the worst service you will ever get then when you get your food half of your stuff will be missing and you say something to them they look at you and walk away… very shitty place I won’t waste my time there ever again.KFC fire everyone of them and get some people in there who know what they are doing!

Our meal this evening was delicious! We were greeted by Tara McQ (?) She was taking orders and running the cash register. Tara was super friendly; full of smiles, very warm and inviting! She was a ray of sunshine! Her happy/sincere demeanor made our meals extra enjoyable!!!

I ordered online but they couldn’t be bothered to make my order. When I got there the guy just looked at me and slowly shuffled away. It took them another 20 minutes to give me my food and they only had 3 customers.
I would avoid this KFC if I were you. I won’t go back. The employees are pretty lazy and just don’t care.

We got the wrong food we asked for a 16pc and we got a 8 piece we didn’t say anything. We just went back in line and ordered it again we did not get any spoons or forks for our sides and when we asked to get a little side to order at the window of mash potato’s they told us to pull around to the drive through again. So we just left and we were super polite about it.
