I ordered a chicken littles combo super simple the girl asked if I wanted classic or spicy which I had never been given the option so I asked her if she heard me correctly which she responded rudely “DO YOU WANT CLASSIC OR SPICY?” I then told her spicy. I get to the window and paid I then asked for 2 honey mustards the girl said ok. Shortly after that the nightmare of a manager comes up all huffy stating that the honey mustards cost x amount and asked if I still wanted them. I said yes BECAUSE I HAVE HONEY MUSTARD MONEY. Then as I’m handing her my card to charge me the whopping 50 cent for the sauce she looks at me and goes “we don’t even got honey mustard” I looked at her incredulously and just rolled up my window and drove the 30 mins back to my house. When I get home and finally go to eat my food I open up my chicken littles and couldn’t freaking believe what they had done. These sandwich’s are SUPPOSED to consist of a chicken tender and some mayo and pickle slices. What did they give me?? Two chicken tenders slapped between the bun DOUSED and I mean COMPLETELY DRENCHED in mayo. No pickles no “spicy” anything. So of course I am not going to drive 30 mins back to the restaurant to confront the staff so I call the restaurant. That’s when I had the absolute miserable experience and speaking to the manager who’s name I never requested but boy oh boy what a terror. She was rude, she never apologized and then refused to refund me unless I drove back and gave her the DISGUSTING food she had the nerve to serve me. I even explained to her that the food was in the trash and that I lived 30 mins away which she replied “I don’t know what to tell ya”. So luckily I had already made a formal complaint through their website and I told her I would need all of the information off of the receipt THEY NEVER GAVE ME. Then the line goes silent and I asked repeatedly hello? HELLO? Then out of no where she responds asking me to calm down cause she didn’t make my food. I told her I was calm but she wasn’t responding. She then goes “well you asked me to look something up DIDN’T YOU?” I said yes but you could’ve responded instead of not saying anything! Long story short I won’t be returning and KFC better do the right thing and refund me. Such a disaster and prime example of trash being trash.

They need a better intercom at the drive thru. He could hardly hear me and I could hardly hear him. I asked at the end, did you get the extra coleslaw? He said yes but I was not charged and it wasn’t in the bag. They had to run the charger at the window. He asked me twice what dipping sauce and twice I said ranch. No dipping sauce in the bag.

The last time I visited I got a chicken little combo and it contains 2 sandwiches and both were too hard & dry to even eat. Otherwise the service was great and they were fast at the drive thru.

Walked in instantly got nauseous from the odor, turned around and left. Then today we ordered about 90$ worth of food and got the wrong order. Was impossible to return it since we are at work. Never got a receipt and when the guy who actually paid for called to explain what happen the person was very rude.

The speaker for drive thur is not working currently and my only issue is the wait due to malfunction. Customer service was good and food was hot and right on time, but wait time wasn’t the best.

I ordered food for pick up at 1040am, arrived at the store (close to 11am. I tried going inside their store to pick up my order but it was locked. I was the only person at that time picking up an order. The guy (server) saw me and I said “pick up” so he can unlock the door for me (unsure if he heard what I said cause he was inside the store) He looked at the other lady (might be the manager) checking if it’s okay to let me in but the lady gestured for me to drive around. I went back to my car and went to the drive thru. There were two cars before me and I had to wait more than 10 minutes just to get my order even when I already told them again in the drive thru that I was there to only pick up my order. When I got my order I saw a car parked in front of their store and a customer coming out of the store getting her “pick up” order . I felt discriminated given that they let the other customer come in but they had me drive around and wait for my order at the drive thru. They should treat customers equally. It’s posted on their door that door is open for mobile orders but I don’t understand why they didn’t let me in to just pick my order up. I told them the second time in the drive thru that I’m just there to pick up my order but they still had me wait in line when my order was ready from the start. That was really a terrible customer service and experience, definitely defeats the purpose of pick up order. I have been their several times as it is conveniently on the way to my home. I can say the last two times the staff have been sincere and very happy and just simply amazing to talk to and have not tried to get rid of us as quickly as they could. They have been helpful and have showed they want a real change were they work and customer service has just been amazing. The food is good. The app has been a very helpful for us to continue to keep coming.

Warning – Avoid this location!! Dining room is permnently closed. Food is served cold via drive thru only by incredibly rude employees Only option is drive thru for ALL orders. There are at least 5 employees in the store but no customers are allowed in the store. Interesting way to massively reduce sales for your business. Dining room is open for employees only apparently (see photos). No customers allowed in the store NOT EVEN FOR MOBILE ORDERS. Have reported this location to DHEC and reviewed with BBB. Awful place that shouldn’t even be in business.

They don’t deserve a star it’s 8 o’clock and doors are locked. Nobody can get in or out and they’re all sitting on the chairs on their phones not doing a damn thing and I’m trying to get my order. They are lazy
