Terrible service at KFC.
We were told the chicken would take 12 minutes, but we have been waiting in the parking lot for over 30 minutes with no order and no updates. When we asked, the staff didn’t even know about our order, as if it had been forgotten.
Customers are not allowed inside, and the employees showed no urgency or interest in bringing out orders. The place is very disorganized and customer service is extremely poor.
Definitely a very frustrating experience. I do not recommend this location.

We went and got an 8 piece family meal and when I was served I asked for plates and they refused them to me. Not until I threatened to get a refund for 40.00 dollars we spent after I asked the lil girl behind the counter to get management in which the manager heard me ask for her , the manager decided to give the lil girl a broken 2 pice meal box split in half for the both of use to eat off.. I mean really . We were dining in!!!! On top of that the restroom were absolutely deplorable … Home office will be called tomorrow.. February 7, 2026 .730 PM . Was the time and date of visitation.

KFC will always get five stars from me. They are a family favorite, American staple, and a timeless classic. I don’t think i’ve ever been to a KFC that I didn’t like. Service was fast, food was fresh, and staff was friendly.

I ordered 1 8 piece original chicken and 1 8 piece honey BBQ buckets. This was the BEST CHICKEN I have ever eaten. Moist, Tender, very delicious. The Staff was very professional, courteous and helpful. Will be back. OUTSTANDING JOB !!!!!

This location has really gone down hill over the past few months. I went for lunch today and ordered a KFC specific drink and the young lady gave me sweet tea, when I told her the order was wrong and tried to hand her my drink she pushed it back and told me it was right, when in fact I did not order sweet tea. I tried to explain 3 times and she stared at me the second and third time like I had seven heads and spoke a foreign language.
Then I grt back to work which is less than a mile away and my food is cold!

I decided to place an uber for pick up tonight. I purchased 4 of the “famous bowls”, 2 lg coleslaw, and 2 lg orders of the cherry pie bites. The. Order should have been all ready to go by 9:09pm. I arrived a few minutes
Later to retrieve my order only to find the lobby doors locked tight. I proceeded to through drive through only to be told after I arrived at the window to drive back to the door. I waited for what seemed to be an eternity for someone to bring our food to the door. While checking the order before we left the parking lot there were items missing so we had to go back through the drive through. Again I was told to wait by the door. After being ignored for several more minutes I went back through the drive through, ignored again I honked my horn to get the attention of the staff who was too busy playing on her phone to even acknowledge I was there, even after I beeped the horn.There was an older woman smirking at my children and myself, the young girl still playing on her phone and another girl who was the only one trying to be helpful. In total we waited around 40 minutes to receive our food after arriving, that was supposed to be ready before our arrival time., food temperature was definitely off when we were finally able to get them. Cold bowls and warm coleslaw,and I’m confused as to when the “famous bowls” became super spicy?

I got home from picking up my son and myself some supper. It was the worst I have ever had from KFC. The chicken was greasy and didn’t even taste like chicken. The biscuit was mashed up and had some kind of greasy gray look. Didn’t look at all like a biscuit. It all tasted horrible!!! Needless to say we didn’t eat much of it at all! It will be a long time before I go back if ever! Wasted $25.00!!
