I’ll share photos but, very disappointed with this KFC location, compared to others in the area. Normally, one chicken bowl and large side of slaw is enough to feed 2 of us. Not from this location. We ordered through the app so, they had plenty of time to prepare the food. Not only were the bowls half-full, the chicken bowl had very little amounts of everything, even the gravy. Because of the traffic on Rivers, it’s an easy stop on our way home but, I’ll definitely be checking the order before leaving next time.

First, the evening employees are super racist. They treated me terribly. I went on December 31, 2025, and it was horrible. Both the manager and the woman who were there laughed at the way I spoke English. They are extremely racist. People like that shouldn’t be working with the public. I hope you do something about this.

I received raw chicken while being screamed at by the incompetent staff. Stood in line inside for 15 minutes and consistently told one second. After asking should I go through the drive through got into screaming match with the guy who wasn’t wearing gloves and touching people food. Be careful!

Horrible, I came in money in hand ready to order some kfc. I stood there for 5 minutes until one of the cooks came and said, drive through only….but yet the doors were unlocked for me to walk in. Make this make sense!

Horrible service. Not only is the place running by incompetent people, but they treat you like you’re stealing when you pick up your mobile order. They also did not put the biscuits with the order. AVOID THIS LOCATION.

Came up to pick up a mobile order, walked into the lobby noticed the paper sign that says “lobby closed, online orders only” waited 7 min and then asked who was in the lobby bc the entire staff had ignored the now 5 people in the lobby mind you I was 1st. The shift leader caught and attitude said I have to wait bc of the long line in the drive through then came back 4 min later to say he doesn’t know how long on mobile orders bc he has to drop fresh food bc of the line . The shift manager on duty needs retraining. Why would you use all your chicken on the drive thru line when mobile orders are was ordered 10-15 min in advance?

First time at this location. Since the moment I pulled up to the drive thru window the employees were super friendly and polite. I didn’t think great customer service at fast food restaurants still existed after Covid. I want to commend the staff because I love going places where there is still courtesy. Thank you & keep being great ❤️❤️❤️
