There was one person in the lobby who had done a phone order, one car in the drive through and it took them 15 minutes to take my order. One of the employees was sitting at a table. About five minutes into my waiting he got up walked up to the register I was at, not making eye contact he was doing something with the register. I figured he was on break and was logging on to take my order. Nope, he started to walk away and said someone will help you shortly. I should have just left but my pregnant wife wanted KFC. And I am sure you know what that means. When I got home, a 19 minute drive the chicken was cooked dry. The fish was okay but the box was full of breading bits and made everything greasy. The corn was dried out. And They forgot my wife’s whole meal. I had to drive back to get the meal they forgot. When I arrived there were two people standing in line it took 10 minutes for them to get helped. While I waited I decided to get a Pepsi every soda syrup was empty so she said just have tea lol. An older man received his meal while I was there, and he was smart enough to check the bag. He opened up a 3 piece wing basket that had two and a quarter wings in it and when I say quarter I mean the tip of the wing no meat. This place needs to be cleaned out and stated over.

Unfathomable wait times. Bland food. Especially on night shift. Almost everyone is outside smoking weed. Rarely is an order ready to be made more than 10 minutes out. Ridiculous. I really don’t see how they’re still in business.

It’s 8pm and they are saying they closed BUT they allowed three people infront of me to order. Not until I said something about it did he finally decide he’d take my order. They don’t close until 10pm. Worst ever since I’ve been coming here. There’s 5 people inside but he’s acting as if there’s nobody. Maybe not standing around would help more. AND THEY WAS SERVING PEOPLE INSIDE!!!!

Shemika and the rest of the morning crew were on their game. We got fast, friendly service. The store was clean and smelled good. Drink station was well stocked and clean. Counters were clean and uncluttered. Ernest was awesome. Milton killed it on the grill. Best KFC in range.

Went through the drive thru only to be rushed while deciding and spoken to with attitude while the girl taking my order can’t even click a button so I don’t hear her proceed to have a conversation with a coworker while I’m deciding what to get. Extremely unprofessional, will never return.

How hard can it be to put a sandwich together….? is appearently a valid question. I love these sandwiches, so there should be mayo and 2- 3 pickles. Barely warm chicken patty, so it’s been sitting around. No attention to detail.
