Normally I don’t really post reviews, but serving dried out, & hard wings at 2pm is crazy. The fries were alright but you could tell they’ve been sitting out for a while too.

The service was slow. It was at least 10 minutes before someone came to take my order. The staff wasn’t friendly. While there after ordering over $27 dollars worth of food. I asked for some BBQ sauce. The girl that took my order made it a big deal about they charge for sauces. I told her they don’t charge me at other KFC locations. But she was still insisting that if I want sauces I had to pay for them. I said ok ring it up on the register. She said she couldn’t do that because I had already paid for my order. She was requested cash. I asked what it can’t rung it up by it’s self. She said no. So if there are no signs and it can’t be rung up on the register then I know it’s because managers get bonuses for saving on inventory items. But how do they explain the extra money. I think it is illegal if they don’t have the sauces on their register to ring up. I told her nevermind. I thought the customer was more important than something as trivial as asking for sauces. You can loose customers this way. I know they have lost me. I think if customers pay 20 30 or 40 dollars or more that should be a
of a more higher priority than a .39 cent sauce.

Went by around 3:00 in the afternoon, place was pretty quiet. Very friendly folks there were sanitizing the dining room which I thought was a good thing. The food was served pretty quickly. All in all, I was pleased with everything, nothing bad to note here. Hope this helps. Dining room is nice, maybe a little updating but pretty nice and clean.

This place has went down in food quality, bought a bucket of wings, a couple of years ago, the bucket had crispy, juicy wings, now, they were neither crispy or juice, just soggy and not tasty. The sides were decent, mac and cheese was bland and flavorless, mash potatoes were good(hard to mess that up), gravy was good, and fries were ok. Not sure what happened to KFC, but its not what it use to be.

This is the absolute worst KFC I’ve ever been ti. Everytime me and my family goes here it’s always an issue. For one they are not friendly, don’t mind showing their rudeness and serve food that has been sitting and it burnt tasting. Today is my last time going to this particular KFC now I have no choice but to drive 30 minutes to go to another KFC which I shouldn’t have to do. Yes I understand they may do their jobs ok cut customer service is also apart of their job duty. If I’m spending my hard income on food then I expect just like everyone else it to be tasteful not to where I can’t eat it or get sick. Because of the burnt taste in food that I received today and now I can’t stop coughing sitting here at the DMV and can’t stop coughing which I wasn’t before I tried eating this food. The black girl that works there has been the worse though as in rudeness and Krystal. UPDATE…. I WENT BACK TO THE KFC STORE BECAUSE THE MANAGER TOLD ME TO COME BACK THERE AND SHE WILL REPLACE MY FOOD WITH OTHER FOOD THAT WAS THE SAME PRICE AS MY CHICKEN LIVERS WENT BACK THERE SHE DID NOT HONOR IT. SHE HAD AN ATTITUDE AND SHAKING WHEN SHE SEEN ME AND HER PHONE AND HER HAND LOOKING THROUGH HER PHONE AND TOLD ME THAT SHE COULD NOT REPLACE IT NOW BECAUSE SUPPORT HAD ALREADY GIVEN ME MY REFUND BACK AND I TOLD HER THAT THEY DID NOT GIVE ME NO REFUND THEY ONLY GAVE ME A $5 VOUCHER FOR WAITING SO LONG ON SUPPORT. SHE SAID SHE DIDN’T KNOW WHAT THEY HAD GAVE ME BUT THEY HAD REFUND ME. THE MANAGER ALSO SAID THAT I SHOULD NOT HAVE DONE A REVIEW OR CONTACTED SUPPORT. THIS IS MY FIRST TIME DOING A REVIEW FOR KFC LIKE I PREVIOUSLY STATED IT’S ALWAYS SOMETHING EVERY TIME YOU GO TO THIS PARTICULAR KFC SO REALLY I SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE A REPORT AND CONTACTED CUSTOMER SUPPORT ON THEM. THE WAY THE FOOD HAD ME COUGHING BECAUSE IT WAS COOKED IN OLD BURNT GREASE WHICH SHE HAD PREVIOUSLY STATED SHE CHECKED BEFORE OPENING THE STORE THIS MORNING. BUT SHE CANNOT GET MAD AT ME BECAUSE I AM GIVING MY HONEST REVIEW AND I CONTACTED SUPPORT. I TOLD HER THAT I WAS GOING TO CALL SUPPORT BACK AND AS I WAS WALKING OUT THE STORE SHE HURRIED UP AND TOLD SOMEONE ELSE TO HURRY UP AND CALL I GUESS WHO’S EVER IN CHARGE. CALL SUPPORT BACK AND THEY DID CONFIRM THAT THEY DID NOT GIVE ME A REFUND AND THEY WERE GOING TO ESCALATE MY CASE. Just ordered a $20 box. Everything was overcooked, soggy, & cold. Was not even fit to eat. If i weren’t going to give it to my dogs i would have definitely taken it back. My fault for not checking b4 i left the drive thru. This is why i rarely eat out. It’s rare to actually get what u pay for. Why would you even serve it to a customer?
UPDATE: 08/12/2023 – Dogs wouldn’t eat it!! They’re also not used to eating garbage. @KFC, U should be ashamed for serving customers this for their hard-earned $$.

They Had me pull up after ordering and paying. I had to wait outside atleast 20 min . I walked inside asked what was going on they said they were waiting on pie poppers by this time I’m late to get back to work so I said I don’t even need the poppers I need to go . My tenders were dry and cold . They should’ve just told me they didn’t have the poppers ready when I ordered and I would’ve been ok with that instead of having me waiting so long . Poor communication and service . She said sorry , but they need to do better because that was unnecessary .

Pulled in the drive thru ordered the spicy wings, was told to pull forward to wait on order which took 30mins, and right behind me were 5 more cars told to do the same thing. So I get out to go in, and the manager just in the back laughing and talking, no apologies but did ask if I wanted my money back, so you think I waited 30 mins to not get any food, then look at my chicken and it was all burnt, will not be back
