Don’t know why but it took over an hour just to get our food. We got there and was able to order pretty quickly through the drive through but then they had us park with all these other cars that were also waiting on there food and it ended up taking almost an hour and a half to get our food.
If u plan to come to this location. Make sure u check ur food always and plan to be sitting there for 2 hours just get ur food. And them not explain why and what’s going on or even warn you before paying that it’s going to take so long.

Went to this facility to order food for my family. Pulled around. Handed the girl my card. She took it in, handed it back to me and told me to pull forward that my food would be out shortly. 20 to 30 minutes later someone finally came out and told me that my payment didn’t process properly and that I needed to pull back around the building and pay. Obviously the girl rushed and did not process my payment properly. After all was said and done. I got home just to find out that they forgot to give me the chocolate milk for my kids meal and also forgot some chicken that we had ordered on the side of one of the famous bowls. Called the store and spoke with the manager on duty who acted like it was. No big deal was not apologetic at all and basically made no effort to make up for their shortcomings. I will not be back to this store ever

I sat in the drive through for over half an hour waiting for my food (after having ordered it). I went inside and waited another 5 mins to be told chicken still wasn’t done cooking. I asked for literally any chicken I didn’t care what at that point and was told I still had to wait. I spent over 45 mins at this place to get food and that is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever done. I will not be back after this especially when I could hear someone in the back cussing at the worker that was trying to get my food for me.

I ordered a three-piece meal with two breast and a wing. I ended up getting two thighs and a wing. I called back and they said they would replace it. The night I came back to get my replacement. The manager, Brianna said she didn’t have time to take care of it. Needless to say I won’t be going back to this location and the slaw is always dry here. There’s always a long wait even for orders that were made online ahead of time.. I’ll just go to a different location from now on.

My husband went thru the drive thru this afternoon on his way home from his doctor. His order was short two pieces of chicken and he did not receive any slaw. His wait was 37 minutes. He spoke with two different employees and called the restaurant during this wait . Then they brought out the wrong order . He had to wait until they fixed their mix up. He still was missing two pieces of chicken and an order of slaw. So sad!!!!

First of all if you don’t have any ice tell me that when I order a drink. Second when u pull me up to wait on my order you would think it would be hot when I got it but of course it was hot after I had to go in after it ! Awful tasting food and extremely bad service !!!

I don’t know who you have managing this restaurant but you need to train your people!! I put in an online order hours ago an it was soppose to be ready at 6:30 I’ve been sitting here over 35 minutes waiting for my food!! This is unbelievable!! An im watching people go through the drive threw get their food !!!

We stood there just a minute and was acknowledged but the people in front of us were told they didn’t have any biscuits. The man ask how long it would be was told 20 minutes but had dinner rolls. We all left. Why do you wait until you’re out of something that you know is time consuming to replenish? It was 4:30 pm so they knew the dinner rush was coming. I call this poor management!

I ordered the 8 piece family meal with mashed potatoes and salad. I received 5 wings and 3 breast. No things, no legs.
I didn’t have time to return it.
We were left hungry and craving legs and thighs.
We had a bad experience and definitely we will not return it to this place anymore.
