Waited on food for 40 min just to be told that they missed my order. Promptly asked if i wanted my money back in which i replied i wanted my food for my children, not my money back. Wasnt offered an apology or anything but a nasty attitude. I will not be going back to this location and suggest they maybe see if they can train employees on customer service. On a good note i will say the food was great once i finally recieved our order

Excellent experience at Kentucky Fried Chicken! Everything was spotless and well-organized, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The food looked freshly made and cooked to perfection, not greasy at all. I was surprised by how fresh everything was, especially the mashed potatoes. I will definitely be back!

I ordered a 16 piece. I got 3 sides instead of 4. I also got 12 pieces of chicken instead of 16. When I drove ALL the way back there. I got no apologies and the packer was STILL rude. I can get very good service from Bojangles. My kids wanted kfc. But I’ll make sure I let everyone know that if you want better service kfc is not the place. The cashier was very nice though. Make sure you check your orders bc evidently that packer could not count, apologize for her error, or offer any more assistance.

I ordered chicken nuggets to go, from inside. They had to cook fresh ones so they told me it was going to be 20 min so did I want to wait or order something else. I was not in a hurry so I said I would wait. Once I was on the road I started to eat them and had to throw away as they were not fully cooked! Apparently they rushed them.

Went by this KFC at 1:15 today. They told me I’d have a 20-30 minute wait for a 12 PC Family Meal. So I took the family home, changed out of my church clothes, and went back to KFC at 1:45. Again, they said that I’d have a 20-30 minute wait. So, I waited. 1 hour later I got my order! 6 cars were lined up and waiting. People still waiting when I left. I WON’T BE BACK!

I will not be returning to this KFC. We placed our semi big order (16 piece family bucket- $50 order) right around 6:50 this evening. After we got our drinks and went to sit down. The young lady came over to us at 7:18 to tell us they didn’t have any crispy chicken. They had served several customers inside and several cars I the drive thru. We assumed they were fixing smaller orders or sandwiches so we were patient and didn’t mind to much. I was slightly annoyed they waited so long just to tellus they didn’t have any of the chicken We ordered but we agreed to original since we were hungry and waited so long. After we finally got the food, we had to go bank and ask for plates..we ordered it eat in.. And then back again for gravy. The potatoe wedges were cold and tasted old and there were barely any in our “large size”. Even though we paid for 4 large sides there was also hardly any mac and cheese. And the biscutes were cold. The chicken skin was soggy in spots but barely room temperature. When we finished we packed up. My husband had to go up twice to ask for a bucket lid, wrong size first time. And my oldest son had to go up and ask twice to get a large plastic bag because they gave him a small paper one first. Halfway through our meal, I noticed even the buckets our chicken came in were dirty on the sides.
The girl taking the order was very kind but that was the only decent part of our experience. None of the other team members seemed in a hurry to acknowledge ANYONE who came up to the counter for anything. Absolutely NOT worth the $50 we paid for that quality or service. We will NOT go back.

Unfortunately this was our first time here at this specific kfc. We placed a mobile order and the first thing they said at the call box was there will be a wait of 20-30 minutes for chicken. After reading the reviews, I do see this is a trend for this store. At least 3 reviews has the exact same thing on them. We left because a gentleman brought our bag out and had no idea what we even ordered. We informed him and he took it back inside and didn’t come back. Waited a couple more minutes and decided to leave. I dont understand how an employee can not even know what’s on the order that their bringing it out when its their job to know. Little unfortunate, was looking forward to some chicken. Came to dairy queen instead and am happy we did. The kfc in front of Jason’s deli appears to have a bad reputation. My wife didn’t want to get the food and either be disappointed or sick because another review said they saw someone microwaving some chicken. Dodged a bullet this time.

Worst place ever! I went to order a combo yet they were out of unsweetened tea and out of all soft drinks. Plus no fries. Never again , the owner should be ashamed of his or her self. It’s only a matter of time till it closes. I got home and this is what it looked like!!!! I just threw it away.

I like the chicken here. Service is not the most friendly but neither rude. I hated that the pot pie went off special. It was a deal for $5 .
