Fantastic experience at this KFC! The staff was extremely helpful and kind from the moment we walked in. The place was really clean, and the chicken was honestly the best part: savory, warm, and perfectly cooked. We truly enjoyed our lunch here and were pleasantly surprised, especially considering some of the other reviews. This location exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I was unable to order online around 9:50. When I ordered through drive thru the guy knew I wanted my receipt as I was going to try to add rewards. Made it home, realized I didn’t have receipt, called but no one answered. Came in the next day around 11:50, was not even greeted until being there for 10 minutes. Manager Joe stated he could not pull my receipt until 2 when their rush was over as if my time is not valuable. I had to request to leave my info so I wouldn’t waste anymore of my time just coming up there. I also informed him I called several times with no answer, no response.

Stuffed 12 biscuits in a six biscuit box, when I returned to the store the manager said he would give me six biscuits to compensate for the damages. I refused to get half of the biscuits I paid for! He finally agreed to give me the 12 biscuits that I paid for! I am posting the pictures of the defective biscuits! Check the order before you leave! I love this location but it has gotten worse real quick!

Arrived about noon after church on a Sunday.
Received service immediately when I arrived. It appeared to be staffed to handle the drive-thru, the front counter customers, and still have staff working in the back to box orders. This was not a skeleton crew. The parking lot, lobby, and bathrooms were clean. purchased 2-piece chicken, 2 large coleslaws, small mashed potatoes and gravy, and 1 fruit punch. The consistency of the coleslaw was excellent. (not soupy/watery) Another customer mentioned the same thing about the coleslaw. I do recommend and will return. Caution the staff to keep their personal conversations low.

Kfc on Clemson rd do not eat there its one of the most disgusting kfc workers are rude ill never eat there again because of the services my was with no care when i go home my wings was black with sauce don’t know what kind a sauce but it was covered with black sauce could not eat it because the server was mad they turn to the mad i can tell if its wings now see why people been taking about this kfc on Clemson rd when i said nasty attitude i couldn’t eat the food it when right in my garage bin $40 i spent never again worse food places in Columbia sc and services its not my first time going there get this kinda services this be my last time even if am dieing for hungry the manager too have a nasty attitude this black lady kfc need get some new worker are close down because i have when to no food business before and get this services words is hard to explain next ill keep go next door not kfc i am so hurts my face turn red the wings old like from yesterday my god nasty places to eat any way

Service here is not good,waited 15 min. for some to acknowledge me, then another 15 minutes to go my order of a 2 piece meal!Very slow and staff is terrible!

I wish I could score a zero. Please do not eat here. Again I repeat do not eat here. The cashier had the same gloves on to ring customers up and prepare orders. I politely ask her did she use the same gloves to take the previous customers cash and then prepare to make my order. She said yes. She got upset with me for asking her to change her gloves. Therefore, I asked for money back because since she was mad now. I don’t know what you will do to my food. She proceeded to have two managers come out to give my refund . One manager was very nice and the other one had to make a comment by saying you cannot please every one. That comment was unnecessary and unwarranted. The point is that it was unsanitary to use the same gloves that you received cash/ touched a register/ scratched your arm. I’m so displeased with their service!!!!!

We went to KFC on Clemson 7/27/25. Immediately the cashier offered to take our order. We were kept abreast on our order status as we had a large order. Joe introduced himself when we were given the update, he was kind and considerate. Joe and the cashier were very helpful and friendly. I’m glad to see a drastic improvement at this location as we hadn’t been in 4 months because service wasn’t great. However, my husband wanted to see if any changes had been implemented. To our surprise we had a very positive experience compared to the previous experiences several months ago.

I did this to myself. My son was crying to eat. I opened the box, and I felt like I was robbed. The burnt up pieces of chicken. Dried up French fries like they were left out overnite. I want my money back. I will never ever go back. My son did pick at it. I went home and cooked him more clean, healthy chicken from the meat store on two notch rd by the sandhill mall.
