KFC is always a nice choice for lunch or dinner. The different flavors of sauces and side choices are great. The service at this location and the one on broad street could be a little bit more efficient. The wait is a bit too long. They still get an overall 4 star but the food is always 5 stars

We went for lunch on Saturday. The service was so slow like 3 people running the whole place. We had to wait in line because the deal we wanted wouldn’t come up on the spot. They acted like being slow and acting rude was a good thing. I think there was a manager there but she was just as slow. Won’t return again. Oh and they are rude as well

I just came from KFC. The line and the wait time was very long! I didn’t mind that so much but the meal was awful! The chicken was dry and tasted like leftovers that were refried! I was very disappointed!!

About the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Firstly, I ordered on the kiosk and paid with card. The total of my food as well as a coupon book I bought for a dollar added up to $15.98 on the kiosk screen, so I paid with my card and placed the order, and when I did it said the total paid was $18.25, absolutely no taxes or added fees were shown, it just jumped up more than $3 after I paid for it. I look at my receipt trying to figure out what had happened, and suddenly it’s telling me my subtotal is $16.68? Which is weird cause all of my items added up including the coupon book was $15.98, as it was on the kiosk. My tax was $1.57, which added onto the $16.68 comes down to $18.25. I paid 70 cents more than what I was told, which is fraudulent.
Not only that, but after getting my order, I asked for the coupon book I paid a whole dollar for, and they told me they didn’t have one. Since I didn’t receive what I paid for, I asked for my dollar back, but they said they couldn’t give me it back. And after they took their sweet time in simply giving me the 70 cents I paid extra, I just got another leg instead. So from absolute no disclosure on the kiosk or my digital receipt, and the coupon book I never received, y’all owe me $1.70.
The service in general is just terrible. I asked the cashier for my drink about three times and she just rudely dismissed me, telling me my food would be ready, even though my food isn’t what I asked for, I just gave up because I didn’t feel like arguing, and I had to ask for my drink after receiving my order, they didn’t even know I had one.
I work at fast food myself, and I know and understand that processes are more complex than the average customer can see, and there are also many things to deal with during shifts, but come on, this service is absolutely terrible, I couldn’t even get a simple $1.70 refund for an item I paid for and never got, and some sort of hidden upcharge. I left because I wasn’t gonna waste anymore of my time.
All and all, this is the WORST service I have ever experienced, I would not recommend this location AT ALL, the marketing and costs are borderline DECEPTIVE, and the management is AWFUL. I usually would never say this, but y’all should have some shame for this. Unacceptable. Just unacceptable. ‍♀️

I went there last night order crispy three piece .. they said they didn’t have any so they ask me would I like to have original instead so I said yeah got da order went home and got sick like hour later th should of known something been wrong when they put extra chicken in my box .. the wing tasted like it wasn’t kept warm and tasted old

I went to one on Liberty in Sumter sc at 10:00.i went drive through. Ordered 16 piece meal for $49.82 for my church group. Got to church to serve they put one big breast on top that was cooked that morning and the remainder chicken you could tell was cooked the night before. It was dark dry up and hard. I so humiliated in front of my church after I paid almost $50.00. I will never go there again. I didn’t have time to change anything so we threw it all away and just use the sides. KFC is really getting slack about the people they let past out their food.

Service was nice other then that I would go there if it isn’t for the food itself. Asked for extra gravy and thought we would get it but they barely scraped more into the tub we got. Wish we got a container after saying it three times. Chicken bones on legs are showing, meat is barely there, and there were no forks/knifes in the bag so we had to use the ones at home. The soda flat too they need to change thier co2. Wouldn’t recommend. Bojangles is better.
