I was excited to try the twisters that came back so ordered my family a meal plus me a twister. Had my kids in the car so glanced in the bag and it looked good overall in comparison to what I ordered so went home…. I unbagged my items to find out my twister was not in there! I had to feed and get my kids ready for school the next day so I did what would have been easiest for me at the time and call….several times and no answer so I’m just out a twister that I paid for and was eager to eat!

I made an order online and sat at the front waiting to be greeted for at least ten minutes but they were busy and my order wasn’t ready yet so I leave and come back and my order still isn’t ready. Still no one greeted me, I had to asked to be helped and still waited another at least 15 minutes for my order to be ready. I understand they were understaffed but it doesn’t excuse having to wait an hour for an order placed online.

Food is good, service is not. Ordered a 6 piece spicy wings. Received all drums and asked if it did not come as a mixture like the picture. Was informed “it comes how it comes”…but thats not correct, whoever fixed the food just happened to select all drums. Upon requesting a refund Miracle gave us an immediate attitude and said we couldnt get one. I said either we get a few flats or we’d like a refund, what do you mean? The refund was then issued, but when we asked for a receipt she said “you don’t get one, this is for my manager”. Like I am entitled to proof of a refund what in the world?! A second receipt was then printed and given to us. It was a minor issue that turned out to be very frusterating. To top things off they were out of napkins, not sure when the truck comes but this was a Friday night. Just makes me not care to return to this location.

We ordered the largest side family meal. That’s almost 50.00 and here my friends is what I open when I get home! The fries were half filled (no we didn’t eat any) the Mac n cheese wasn’t full, and barely acceptable but okay filled mashed! I will say the actual chicken was very good. A bit greasy. (that’s why it’s two not one stars)

I live in Irmo,SC and for the first time I stopped at the KFC on St.Andrews Rd. after going to another business in the same shopping center. The chicken was cold and tasted as if was cooked either early in the day or left overnight, however it was far from fresh. I asked for the original recipe this wasn’t. I will not go to this KFC again.

The food and service was good but this location isn’t the cleanest. The seats were very sticky. I understand it may be hard to keep a very clean restaurant with customers in and out but take the time to clean when there isn’t anybody.

I really wish KFC would dispose of the old chicken before the timer goes off. Both pieces was as dry as a bone. I hardly ever get fresh chicken from here. The coleslaw is always on point and the service is friendly. I just wished the chicken matched the service.

The food we were handed looked like they had a toddler nibbling on it first. They gave us the food fast – probably because they snatched it out the hands of someone already eating – but after getting home and looking at it it went in the trash.
