Over the years it seems that KFC is on a mission to find the smallest possible fryer chickens. This visit. I had my usual two piece dark meal. The chicken pieces were tiny & not the freshest. Mashed potatoes were pretty thin & flavorless. However the updated atmosphere was uplifting and comfortable with a variety of seating options & clean restrooms. Staff were friendly & accommodating.

I used uber eats. Splurged and got us 10 of those pie bites. I tried when they first came out. They were cherry and Good! These were apple and inedible. The crist was dry and hard and the apple inside was so hard it could not be chewed.vreally disappointed

Be cautious ordering from here. We ordered uber eats and 1/3 of our order was left out. No biscuits, no sauces, missing 3 sides, 1 drink and got 11 pieces of chicken in a 16 piece bucket.

Be careful of ordering a meal during an off-time hour. Ordered a 3 piece tenders box at approximately 2:15 pm yesterday and when I got it home, the chicken was so hard and dried out that I could not eat it. It appeared to have been cooked several hours prior.

Ordered chicken fingers family dinner, 8 piece chicken, fries, potato wedges, 4 biscuits and 4 dipping sauces. Chicken was supposed to be original recipe but was extra crispy, hard and dried out. And received none of the 4 dipping sauces. Definitely not worth almost $32.00. Will not be a returning customer. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Did online order for family dinner I always set it up for later pick up I know it takes time. It literally took almost a hour to get my food was asked to pull up and wait because dining room was closed. I counted 21 cars that went through drive pick up before I got mine. The employee apologized he said only 2 people working.said he works 6 days a week and still can’t pay his bills. FYI to the owner and management. Pay a living wage that attracts employees! I realize my 100.00 to 120.00 on my orders don’t matter to you. I promise you I won’t be back to this location. FYI 16 piece used to be in 2 buckets congrats you it now comes in one. I’ve never seen chicken pieces so small I think I got a fried pigeon. Get some employees or close the doors!

Literally the worst chicken I’ve ever had. And I have had some good kfc. My chicken was so old and heat lamp dried that it could’ve been jerky. Embarrassing tbh. Do better. 14 dollars and I could’ve gone to a local restaurant and paid the same or less for ten times better. You guys don’t deserve to serve food.

Just a friendly reminder when someone orders mashed potatoes, please make sure you put their gravy with their order. I ordered a family meal with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy and mac & cheese with an extra side of mashed potatoes and gravy. No one bothered to put gravy with the extra side of mashed potatoes. It’s not that hard guys.
