How can a restaurant be bad at the one thing they are suppose to be good at cooking chicken. That was the worst chicken I ever had in my life. Almost threw up taking a bite of it. The cheese curds might be good if they were given to you when they were still warm. Long lines and using the app does not do anything for speed.

I’m ashamed to say I sat in drive thru for this long. I watched a customer go in and eat and come back out before I ordered my meal. The drive through staff member put me on hold at the speaker for 5 minutes while he took out the trash then decided to take my order. A total of 17 minutes. Unacceptable for a drive through.

The absolutely rudest people I’ve ever encountered, management was nothing less than ignorant to their online ordering process. I understand that people don’t understand technology, but you should be able to explain to me why my online order does not exist when I am able to show you a paid receipt and confirmation email. At the end of the day this KFC has pretty good food, but has the absolute worst employees I have ever encountered. This starts with the employee working in the drive-thru all the way through the manager, which claims to be a district manager on duty. Yeah, it truly is a sad country we live in, most of the people working in this KFC are under 30 years of age, and this is what we have to rely on to keep our country running. God bless my grand children, because if these people have to provide for our country we might as well depend on rocks.
